They keep it pretty clean which is really good because every time I go it's pretty busy. Excellent customer service! They always get my orders right, which I absolutely love!

Front counter staff (Tim) was friendly and helpful. He recommended the blizzard of the month. So, that's what I got. It always makes me nervous when they turn it upside down to show you how thick it is lol. It was the cheesecake Caramel fudge. It was really good. Thank you Tim for your help, friendliness and service.

Just didn't have a good experience here today. Bought alot of food items to go when in the past I usually only stop by for a Turtle Blizzard. The service and food was mediocre. They gave us all the ice cream 25 minutes before the food was ready therfore it had all melted before we made it home with the complete order. I think possible retraining on issues like this might be on order.
Not a great fast food experience. BUT, I must say there was a plain Jane hot dog in our mix that had the best flavor, they just didn't give me my mustard and didn't offer in additions like onions. Now we did create the order online initially and after 4 tries of it failing we drove there and ordered in person. Chaos!

Their food isn’t anything to brag about, but the desserts are. We only go for blizzards and banana splits. When we get that blizzard craving, and just can’t resist going. The sherwood DQ, is the only one around, about 10 mins from my house. So we all pack in the car and go. Those dang blizzards are expensive tho, so if you have a car full of folks, expect to spend some money. Our cost usually equals the amount we’d spend to get fast food anywhere else. This last trip was a little disappointing. We went mid day, and it was hot as hell outside. We placed our drive through order and pulled up to the window. For whatever reason, they needed to park us. Well why? We already knew, they’d take their time. We also wondered if our blizzards might be partially melted. I know, your probably thinking they’d bring our blizzards as soon as they made them; with no time to melt. Well, I have to say your wrong. When they finally brought our desserts to our car, they were are partially melted. We didn’t order any milk shakes, so didn’t appreciate getting blizzard’s being partially melted, heck we could have used straws to drink the top melted portions. But what are you going to do? The person gave us our order and quickly walked away, there are cars lined up in drive through, and several cars in parking lot. We just decided to take it and leave. Well, I had to get one of the kiddos to run in for napkins. With partially melted desserts, we needed napkins

I dream about ice cream, especially during these hot days. Dairy Queen has some of the best, but it comes with a hefty price tag. Yes, it helps to collect points toward your next purchase, if you don’t mind the hassle.

Fries were FRESH, pretzels were good (the cheese dip was more spicy than cheesy, but that's a personal preference thing) and they got my order out quickly! Also, I got a side of the made in house ranch to dip my fries in; it was the best that I've ever gotten at Dairy Queen.

Best DQ we’ve been to. Family friendly, gentleman at the front was awesome and was keeping the place clean, and the blizzard I ordered was the best one I’ve had at a DQ yet!
