I love the Lavaca Office. Dr. Jonathan Broniste is my PCP. I would refer him to anyone. He actually took the time to listen to what I had to say. He listened to me about a rare blood disorder I have that has to to be watched closely and understood unlike several Doctors before who did not take the time to care. There are also other wonderful Doctors in this office I would highly recommend.

For the most part I love this clinic. The staff in the dental department are awesome for the most part. But if you ever complain you are treated like dirt. I had a crown put on by Dr. Kiefer. I told him the tooth was hurting and I thought it was infected. He put the crown in any way. The infection kept coming and going.
The crown broke. The crown had to pulled. Please do not use Dr. Kiefer. His concern is not the patient.

When I complained about Dr. Kiefer I was treated unprofessional. My ordeal was dismissed and minimualized by Pam. I finally spoke to Jerry White the Executive Officer who cussed and yelled at me over the phone. There was no concern for the shoddy dentistry being practiced in his clinic. And absolutely no concern for the patient.

At one time I spoke to Courtney who was the only person in administration who treated me like a human not a case.

(Dr. Vela pulled the tooth. Dr. Veal is awesome.)

I hate needles and they gave me a nurse who apparently didn't know how to draw blood my 1st time and she hurt me and bruised me up soooo badly. She went and poked 3 times and still couldn't get blood and gave me a massive panock attack. The dentist side is ok but not to great. Nice head dentist though.

Professional and skillful Dentist /Dental assistants, everyone is nice and there to help. They will help you get on the sliding scale if you don't have dental insurance
I highly recommend them

I love my dentist Edward V. he is super nice he did some dental work on me I have cebral palsy he would ask me if I was doing ok very kind and tells me what he's doing to me he make sure the procedure as painless as possible I highly recommend him awesome place

I just got home from their dental facility. I had been without dental insurance for several years. So, my teeth are a mess. He is going to be able to save my teeth! I am so excited. We did the first series of appointments today. For the first time EVER, I have been to a dentist who didn't hurt me. I'm a big baby when it comes to those shots in your mouth. I didn't even feel it. I can't wait for my next appointment to see what other magic he can do.

The staff is great, his dental assistant was very sweet and kind
