Table was dried dirty..i self cleaned.

No butter, jam, or syrup. Have to wait at counter dor good 10 minutes, before someone came to help.
Plastic cover utensils was sticky with unknown substance.

Not sure what happened to " time to lean, time to clean "...I used to for MCDONALD'S while attend college ????! As a crew to 2nd assistant manager! Unless 21st century, it's all changed and just want the money since every wanted to eat!

Don't get me wrong. I am still like the foods there, just the workers! No work ethics!!!

I'm no longer going to order from them. This was their last chance. Either they forget or don't get my order and then tell me well at least it's not an emergency when I go up after quite enough time had passed to see what's going on and it's a hot day I needed my order or my order gets cancelled because they don't answer their phone when I ordered 2 hours prior to door dash being able to pick it up and they arrive and my order wasn't there. Last but not least I'm standing at the register to order and everyone is right there can see me but take their time deciding to come take my order and they've looked right at me standing there waiting!!! I'll go to cool off and rest for a bit but I will not buy from them unless things change

This location has been hit or miss (mostly miss) in recent years, but it seems to have finally been staffed with workers and management who give a $hit about taking care of the customers. Our wait time even at dinner time wasn't more than a few minutes and that was because they made fresh fries for us. Very much appreciated. The girl taking our order had the most southern county drawl I've ever heard, and I was born and raised in the south! Not a complaint, it's just amusing and adorable. All our food was hot and fresh and nothing was missing, and thats was the struggle for years, but it seems the crew they have now is on top of it. Keep up the good work!

First time I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin, it was served with the pre made yellow egg fold, not the fresh cooked egg.

Asked for mac sauce on the side and was charged for extra sauce but didn’t receive it. Had to request it again.

I’ll only go here if there’s really good deals on the app and hope the orders are made correctly.

Very irritating experience.

We ordered something on the menu and were told they didn't have that. We told her it was on their menu and what it included. She said she would talk to her manager about how to ring it in.

When we got to the window, she said they don't have it anymore. The manager said there was no button for it. We said, that wasn't our fault, it is on their menu. She would not adjust it. I've worked fast food, I know it can be done. This is a horrible manager that doesn't understand customers pay her salary.

It cost $5 more than advertiser. We payed but will be complaining to corporate.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a simple cheeseburger and received a bun with nothing on it. No patty, no condiments, just cheese. Also, not one of the employees we're wearing gloves at all. So what? I'm supposed to be ok with someone scratching themselves and then touching my food? Ewwww. Not for me at all. Not to mention they're prices continue to go up. They're portions Continue to shrink. Will not be going there until I see improvement.

I didn't buy food. I was going to get a sausage patty but the line was so long I went to Burger King instead where there was no wait
