It's sonic. It seems they can get a order correct. Update: still can't get an order correct, and the female manager needs lessons in customer service.. 8/21/23 this is suppose to be no lettuce and no pickles.....

Took 20 minutes for food just for them to forget part of my order. No recipt was given either. 2 kids meals an a chicken meal. Then when told about it it took another 10 minutes to bring the food out. Manager is nice and brought it out.

So I come here a lot cause I live locally, but today I order a burger with bacon. And its like almost a dollar more to add it. Got home and no bacon, so while I usually get good service here this time its hard to overlook.
Also didn't help the patty was cracked and falling apart so it was really disappointing work.

Was the only car in the drive thru line and still had to wait 30 minutes for food, there are only two other vehicles waiting for their food in the drive in spots so obviously this kitchen staff isn't very well experienced in good service. Extremely disappointed would definitely rate them less that half a star if we could.

Unlike the sonic restaurants in the surrounding areas (ie Farmington, Lincoln, Fayetteville), they have never messed up my order. The food always comes out quickly. Plus the food is always fresh! Best Sonic in the area. Hands down.

Prairie Grove, it was about 7:30 at night. They were busy but parking was okay. It seemed like more people wanted to use the stalls then the drive thru. It was a pretty good atmosphere. Felt like a 1950s drive in. I know it's just a Sonic but it felt better than any of the other ones I have visited. Very nice server as well.

Not sure who was working drive thru today but she probably needs a break. I order my food (1) thing and she sighed then said WHAT ELSE..
Pretty packed here today so she's probably overwhelmed.
Also can sonic make there booths wider for trucks? Also putting a sign on the poles for the kiosk that are not working?

This location is a joke. I have overlooked the mistakes several times, but I will not be going back. After spending close to $30, the order was wrong and half raw. I live several miles from them, so I did not take it back. It went in the trash. I then tried to call but the phone was not answered. And don't reply to reach out to the franchise owner because I called the customer service number, and they said that the manager would be notified. Haven't heard anything yet and it's been about 2 weeks.
