I’ve always loved Jim’s. This experience, however, blew it out of the park. Our server was excellent and suggested the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Salad bar was stocked with fresh fruit and veggies. The entire place was clean and inviting. We will definitely be back!

Years ago I used to love coming here but moved away. I even worked here for a short while. I moved back and the service has gone down hill. Three times I have been in here and all three times it was not busy and they took about 10-15 minutes just to greet me after I sat down. But because the food was still good, I shrugged it off. Today was horrible. They took 15 minutes to greet us and after 30 minutes of waiting for my pizza after ordering I asked if I could just cancel my order and leave. This is a 45 minute total wait so far. She stated they just pulled it out of the oven so I waited. I was with two young hungry kids and my sister. Then we get the pizza and it is undercooked, soggy and messy. The toppings slid right off and it was super soggy. This is a thin crust pizza so no excuse for the undercook. I can only imagine they rushed it out since I was wanting to cancel my order. I waited for the waitress but she never came back to our table so I instead sought another waitress out. They did charge us the $19 for the two salad bars and drinks but removed the pizza. They had an attitude doing so and made it to where I will no longer come into this establishment.

Food is great, love the sandwiches, salad bar, cheese sticks and piggy fries! Pizza is good too. They have a great staff there right now too! Always so kind and work hard.

The restaurant looks great now, not so ghetto anymore since they've put a lot work into it. But the service is terrible. I sat in there 10 minutes before this school aged girl noticed me, I had to make eye contact, even tho the new front door has a doorbell sound on it when u open it. I ordered immediately because I was afraid she wouldn't come back. After I got my food she didn't come back. I had to stop another young girl after she walked by twice and ask her for a box and my check. That same girl that took my order was at the cash register not friendly at all. Didn't even ask me how everything was. I planned on telling her! Service not so go, most likely won't be back. Food is just ok.

A favorite for a quick yummy meal! The salad bar is my favorite and it amazes me how much we get for under $20!

Wow amazing experience they keep it so nice inside and the food is always great. The prices are very affordable and the staff is really the best part they get to know you and know what you like, and they love making your day a little better.

The food is wonderful. I also really enjoy the salad bar. Most of the people are very nice. The place is kept clean.

Very delicious food. I'm originally from Brooklyn New York, the best pizza in the world, but Jim's Razorback, is right there with the best. Service Very prompt,courteous. PS, but Prairie Grove is my home sweet home , im retired Navy, but many, many places, but Prairie Grove is the best, I love my Prairie Grove and Jim's Razorback pizza, the best of eveything
