Traveling from Houston to Tennessee and saw the sign. Decided to check it out and so glad we did. Food was DELICIOUS!! I had especial enchiladas w/chicken. My husband ordered street tacos. We had our little yorkie with us so it was nice to be able to sit on the front patio and be served instead of going through a drive through. We will definitely stop there again.

We love to visit this restaurant on our road trips. Great small town charm and Wonderful staff. We were greeted by the owner and the staff were very attentive. All the food was delicious. We will be back on our next trip!

We stumbled across this cute restaurant while out of town. The decor is super cute and very clean. The food was good but the service was not good. We were greeted initially but once the food come out the waitress never checked back on us despite there being hardly any other customers.

Stopped in just as the snow storm was heading in and was glad they were able to accommodate us.

Whenever nachos with fries is an option, that's what I'll be ordering.

Great food and great people. I was shocked how many people were showing up due to the weather so it's obvious the food is great.

If you're heading between Memphis and Little Rock, be sure to check them out.

The Crazy Donkey is amazing. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. Waitress are personable and attentive. The atmosphere is very relaxed and rustic. The bathrooms are very clean. The food is simply scrumptious! Everything from the chips and salsa to the cheese dip to the chimichangas was absolutely amazing. If I lived around here I’d definitely be a regular. If you are anywhere near this place you must stop in and check it out.

Varied menu with Tex Mex, burgers, and pizza. Table service and food service were very prompt. Super friendly staff. Food was good overall. I was very impressed with the combination of both chicken, onion, and bell pepper and beef, onion, and bell pepper as presented in both the quesadilla and nachos. Chips were crispy. Salsa was mild (great for me, bland for my husband). We both got Tex Mex but would totally come back if in the area to try the burgers or something else.

We saw The Crazy Donkey sign on the interstate and decided we had to try it! After you cross the train tracks continue straight, don't turn right! It will be shortly after the tracks on the left!

Great chips and salsa(not too much cilantro for those who aren't a fan) lots of menu items and definitely not just Tex-Mex!

I enjoyed the Farm Chicken, the veggies were deliciously grilled and the chicken was fantastic. Would have really loved to have had fresh mushrooms rather than canned, but the meal was still great!

Steak quesadilla was also yummy!

They serve sweet tea, the real kind!

Service was awesome and a lady who seemed to be the owner even stopped by our table to chat with us about our travel plans and tell us about the miniature farm animals they have! They all have names starting with "D"! Domino is the crazy donkey!

I would recommend anyone traveling through to stop in and support a local business! You won't regret it!

Stopped here on our road trip to grab a bite to eat after being on the road for 8 hours coming from Houston. It's a cute place with an interesting theme but there were some downsides.
First off our food didn't come out all at once and when it did one of our orders was incorrect and got sent back.
Second, I had orderd the pastor street tacos and my father orderd the fajita taco salad, both of the meats were extremely bland and had no flavor what so ever.
Third, the beans oh my lord the refried beans were terrible I don't know if the individual making them mixed up the salt and the sugar but they were SWEET and were not worth eating another bite. We asked if the beans had come out of a can or if they were homemade, of course the ig owner/manager said they were made in house. He had even tried them and couldn't see where we were coming from, I understand everyone's taste buds are different but when you have 4 people telling you the same thing maybe take it into consideration and get another opinion other than your own.
The chips n salsa and the rice were the only good things about eating here. Will not be coming back on future trips and i hope they fix their beans, learn how to take constructive criticism and learn what seasoning is.
