They let us in at 4am. Lumpers working hard at 4:32 am and I got my door right away. It can be a tight fit. Great folks!!!

If you have a reefer, you'll be here few hours. Got here 30mins before my 6am appt. It's 1130am now, still waiting to be empty. Waiting inside, buzzed the buzzer twice, waiting 20 mins inside for someone to come up to me in that cage. Don't recommend this receiver

*****(Request detention)******* OPENS 4AM, NO OVERNIGHT/BATHROOMS. NO CASH LUMPER, **CHECK IN BY DOOR 10** pull up to guard & walk to office. Bring your license you need to sign in & get a badge anyways. Got here an hour early, they don’t care about your time here. Freezer has 3 docks but the guy told me only one is available (same thing they told me last time and seen trucks pull up to the docks right next to that one). Guys sitting in the warehouse on top of packages, guys with freezer jackets came out twice for a smoke break. Staging 2 hours, unloading 3 pallets 5 hours. They kept telling me they are “counting it”.

Very bad place to get load strict with appt park by truck stop if you’re picking up late they tell you to park outside shoulder. Worst place don’t come

Not allowed per Core Mark policy on the Property until 4 am. Absolutely no Overnight parking. Must park in gravel on a two lane street.

Good for the Weirdness Value! Really nice People inside the Dox. However......don't show up early or late. Be prepared to wait. No " legal" parking out front. Sheriff saw me, kept going, parked on street.

Very nice people and staff is great. Showed up 5 mins early. Guard was helpful and told me where to park and go inside. They got me to a door and unloaded me fast so I could keep my temp accurate forms other delivers. You can park on the street but it is on an angel. Love just up the road. Plenty of doors just close and I mean close to the next truck beside you. Definitely tie up your doors as tight as you can get them. Also heads up if your an early am delivery. The l7mpers don't usually show up till 0630 or later. Otherwise I'd deliver there again.

They do the appointments at 4 am for almost everyone that way if you get late 30 min they charge you fee of $450. Its practically set up because nearest truck parking is 25 min away. Stay away from these
