I went to replace a battery in my vehicle and the associates working in the tire and lube were very friendly and helpful. One worker carried the battery all the way to the front to pay for it. The customer service working that day were very polite and friendly! The worker that replaced the battery was quick and fast! He made sure everything was good to go!

I came on a Sunday to walmart to bring back my old car battery...i went to the customer service desk initially with the battery and I was told to go to the auto center where they could take my battery...i got to the Walmart at 6:30pm by the time I got to the auto center it was 6:35pm the lights were out I went to the register and pushed the need help button....after a min of waiting I thought maybe they closed...so I went to Google maps to verify the closing time of the auto center it shows 7:00pm yet they were closed

Have all the things I need on a regular basis. From time to time they don’t have a specific product but that is not the norm. They have a great selection of keto products in most areas. They sell local beer made with local ingredients which is awesome. The self checkout lines are not usually filled and if they are it is a short wait.

Terrible customer service from the manager at the customer center. Wouldn’t cash my check because of a name change that I showed proof to be able to cash it. We’ve been cashing the same check we get every month since the beginning of the year at Walmart. She (Manager) didn’t want to do her job and continue eating her chips. Again I showed proof it was me to her. Never going back to this Walmart and will continue cash my check at the same Walmart I’ve been going to in Cabot. Please to know how do your job and not to at chips front of us on the clock. Also she said she didn’t want to get fired because of cashing my check. After showing ids and proof it was me. Other Walmart I go to cash it every time.

This Walmart is clean and organized. The employees are always helpful and helped me find deals on items around the store! An employee even came up to a customer, at the front of the store, and asked if she was okay because she had her head down. Walmart truly cares for their customers!

The other day I stopped by there went through one of the self checkout lines. Got to where I was staying and realized I had a couple bags missing. Tried to call up there to the store and no one answered the phone.

They always have what I'm shopping for. I usually pick up my orders n im very satisfied w the convience n time n money it saves me. No impulse buying. The only issue I have is no one Ever answers the phone when you try to call customer service.
