Although I initially had an issue with my order (my fault)the staff ( I think one of them was a manager)patiently and efficiently helped me to get the copies I needed. I am very pleased with the service and quality of the prints I received.

I was greeted with a smile and offer of assistance as I walk in the door. I was escorted to each department that provided the products I needed and assisted to the check out. When I left, I felt like I was treated as a valued customer and respected as a person.

Sales manager did everything possible to give us a fair price. It ended up being considerable below Amazon's price. We did do a bundle and spent less than if we had bought items individually

Decent place in North Little Rock for office supplies. Went here for poster hanger supplies and was easily able to find what I needed.

Noticed they have office furniture, posters, calendars and their copy center is huge. Not many staff seemed to be working - couldn’t find help on the floor but was able to get what I needed on my own.

I have been an OD customer for over 30 years. I really like their in/store and on-line shopping. The Rewards Program is excellent, and can really pay off. Not just a come-on like so many others.

Was looking for an office chair. They had a decent selection of chairs in the store to try out. Found a reasonably priced chair but was able to find the same chair on Amazon for less. They price-matched it for me. They helped load it in the car too. Good service.

I ordered a same-day custom foam board presentation from their online website. The product came out perfect and on-time (same-day). Pickup was easy and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Normally great customer service, easy to get in and out. Just one bad employee that ruins the environment of my shopping experience everytime.....I visited the store again yesterday and was double charged once again.
