Customer service was great. The restaurant was clean and it took about 20 min to get our food. My only complaint is the salad. Several leaves were bad, which was an unpleasant surprise.

Well, today, we had a lunch stop at one of our favorite places to eat. My daughter, her bestie, and myself decided to eat at Olive Garden before the great Prom dress hunt. We had to have some food to fuel this expedition because leaving my daughter and myself hangry is a disaster in the making, and no one would have wanted to see that. Lol. So we ordered Stuffed Ziti Fritta, Chicken Alfredo, Broccoli Alfredo and a Shrimp Alfredo. Along with the salad and breadsticks, which are amazing! It wasn't super busy even though it was lunchtime and the staff there at the Lakewood village shopping center location are great as always! We were seated quickly also. Bathroom is clean as well as the dining area. Great family dining. They have free wifi at this location, as well as curbside to go pickup and online ordering.

All I can say is wow ! I haven't been here in a couple decades and boy I can tell ya this is not my grandparents OG. It better and bigger than I remembered,with a slightly more classy feel. Way to go OG !! We sat in the bar area and it was a nice feel kinda quaint and intimate. I ordered the tour of Italy (chicken Parm, Alfredo, lasagna) we started with the bread and Caesar salad which was fresh and you could tell. Our waitress was amazing so our entrees took no time coming out hot and ready for the belly. The lady had chicken carbonara that she liked but wasn't to keen on the peppers in it. My tour was so dang tasty !! The Alfredo sauce was so creamy I had to taste it all by itself and pow pow perfect. The lasagna kicked in with a authentic flavor I didn't expect till I tasted it and was truly satisfied. Was it the best I ve ever had? No,but it can hold a candle to alot of others. I saved the best for last... That chicken parmesan...ohh my my my! The crispy seasoned goodness topped with that cheese and sauce pushed this review to a 5 ⭐!! We will definitely come back Frequently when we get that Italian food itch to get it scratched properly.

I didn't realize Olive Garden had two different Chicken Marsala dishes. One with Alfredo(which I thought I ordered and will get next time) and the other with a mushroom sauce. It was pretty tasty and actually finished it the next day.

I would like to compliment this location on exceptional service today! My mother and I came in for a late lunch and Logan was just absolutely a joy! Thank you Logan for exceptional service and the food was made to perfection. We shall be returning soon!

Wonderful choice for a light lunch! I got the lunch size cheese ravioli which I believe is a half order. It was perfectly cooked and tasted wonderful!
Our server was so kind, sweet and personable!
Really enjoyed the meal and having a nice sit down with my Sister. We were in town because our Dad was in a local hospital and it was nice to sit, enjoy a meal and relax for a bit. It was past lunch hour so it wasn't busy but they still fixed our meals perfectly and took really good care of us. They didn't pressure us to leave as some places will when it's between major meal times. We were taken good care of and left stuffed full of bread sticks, salad and pasta! All delicious!

The napkins had obviously not been washed. Our server was the only one that we saw wearing a mask over her mouth and chin only. We were her first customers of the day. She seemed to be confused when she was asked for a side of marinara and did not bring our bread sticks refill until we had asked for a to go box. Our drinks were not refilled until we had stopped eating, even after asking for the refills. The people who were seated behind us were talking about how she didn't bring their meal at the same time. While people seated in another server's section were seated, fed, settled and paid while we waited.
