Nice Clean Full Service Grocery Store, when shopping here keep in mind that with it being the only grocery store in Mt. Ida that the Prices are Very High - May want to check out the Family Dollar or Dollar General to get better pricing on products you use most often.

Staff was very nice and helpful but Pricing is Very High!!

Update: After I contacted the store about what happened, the manager/owner Stormy called me back and apologized. She said it shouldn’t have happened and invited us to come back so they can make it right.

I’m not sure if a new policy will be put in place or the employee reprimanded/relieved of her position but I’m glad this issue can now be addressed company wide.

Their prices are a little high compared to Tulsa but was expected since they’re the only grocery store in a tourist town. Cilla was our cashier and she was extremely rude but the employees on the floor were very kind and asked if we needed help finding anything.

The deli staff are my favorite, well the cashier's are great too. It's a small town grocery store with a great homey vibe.

Small town local grocery store....
On the plus side
1) Very, very friendly & welcoming staff... a big plus.
2) The "5 for $25" meat packs were a good deal

On the down side:
1) Prices --- we've shopped at a number of small town grocery stores thru out Oklahoma and Arkansas.... the prices here were outrageously high, higher by far than we've seen anywhere else
2) The chicken did not look good at all - looked pretty old, not fresh at all, and we did Not trust it - even at the "5 for $25" price.

The rating is so low because of the outrageous prices.....
and would be even lower except for the friendliness of the staff.

ALWAYS check the expired date here, this is the third time I have bought expired products for outrageous prices, 3 strikes. I will not be back. So I cooked 3lbs of rotten hamburger and didn't even notice till I took a bite, checked the sell by date on the meat wrapper to my bank statement and sure enough I bought meat 3 days past the sell date.

This is an awesome store. I counted 5 display cases of nice knives! There several on display in other places. A great selection of souvenirs, including some very cool shirts. I got a very nice tulip for my mom. They had basically everything you need for your awesome Arkansas adventure. Just down the street from the comfortable Royal Oaks Inn.

Very nice grocery store with helpful employees. Breath of fresh air compared to *other* large chain grocery stores.

I liked their breakfast sandwiches. Normal small town grocery store. At the end of May, they have a flea market for crystals (and crafts).
