No one helped me to figure out the menu ordering computer. I tried to get it all done myself but got stuck. I went to ask for some help but they ignored me. One lady was preparing the food kept telling for someone to help me. Four men at various times walked by me as if I were a ghost. Not going back to Taco Bell for a long time. I usually really enjoy they're food too. Sad but this is the second time at the Mountain Home restaurant that they've treated me this way. Hope it's not a trend for other stores.

By far the worst taco bell experience I've ever had. No one helps you. We then paid IN CASH with a REAL person taking our money sat in the lobby for 15 minutes only to have the person that took our money ask if we ordered, for 15 minutes noone even started our order. Once some one did start it took another 20 minutes to get the food. And then the tacos where cold.

This location in Mountain Home, Arkansas has no cashier's. You have to use a kiosk and place your own order. I don't like tomatoes, however the kiosk not speaking English, there was no way to ask for the tomatoes to not be placed on my order. 5 of the tables had the chairs on the tables at 3pm with tape around them like a crime scene. If you are a cash customer you are going to be hungry as the kiosk only takes the plastic. I will not return.

We walked in for a quick snack, and all I saw were "self checkout" stations. I only had cash on hand, and after about 3-4 minutes of trying to get someone's attention from the back, asked if they took cash. None of the kiosks offered to take it. An employee said they did and to give them a minute. Ten wasted minutes later, were left, empty handed. I guess they don't know how to take cash.
I won't be going back.

I was the only car in the drive thru and they somehow managed to forget 2 of my items out of 5 ordered. Managed to catch one while at the restaurant but didnt realize the other until i got back to work. Called the store and the guy was nice and told me to stop by the restaurant, but good lord its the only order in the store.

Had two orders put in. And showed up at the expected time of completion to find out both orders had been forgot about. And then after I continued to speak up across the counter into the kitchen asking when my order could be started and the employees kept staying busy doing what they pleased. Not the right place to be getting food that you put into your body from if you ask me. Taco bell is bad enough for you as it is and then you got some half witted kids that doesn't even know how to talk trying to put your order together.

Great location and Taco Bell ???? quality food. Great for quick food for travelers in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Larger areas for eating and clean restrooms. Wifi is stable and fast making my kids happy.

You’ve got about a 50% chance of getting what you actually ordered. Be prepared to inspect each item. If you have any food allergies, I would look elsewhere. Employees are very friendly, but that doesn’t help much with anaphylaxis.
