They do not pick up my trash and I pay the city each month for them to pick it up the driver likes to tear open the bags pick and choose what he wants to take if he don't like it he don't take it

Update! Okay, I have to say this, we now have the best people serving our route. Friendly and make sure everything is out of can and even puts it to the other side with lid close. Very friendly. The staff when I call are always friendly and ready to assist. I would recommend them.

They missed our regular pick up on Thursday. Called and Carmen said she would have picked up on Monday. Monday came and gone, no pick up. Called again, Carmen said they would pick up on the normal Thursday route. The Thursday was where the cold front moved into the area. Noticed by 9am still no pick up. Called again. Carmen said the route was being done backwards so the truck would be near town at the end of it. You guessed it, still not picked up. Called several times and left messages, no callback. Getting close to 3 weeks now. Getting real tired of moving garbage around daily and trying to keep animals out of it. Go with the other garbage service, you will be happier.

Used to use this company now they aren’t taking bagged garbage any longer per new management this is awful management I can’t get a truck down my road the last time one came down they backed into a neighbors house. People that work there are great new management needs to go!

Received a phone call stating that trash would not be picked up on normal day due to the holidays, the problem was the call came from my other trash removal company on another property, only found this out after calling and speaking to Carmen, now I'll have two weeks out by the road, moral of the story make sure the calls you receive are from the correct company, as once it's missed they will not come back out, I guess it's all about paying attention to detail..

This company is a joke, a few years we had service with this company I believe we had a 6 yard dumpster and everything was fine, we had them dump the load every two weeks. We stop the service because we didn't need it anymore, and a few month ago I ordered a 10 yarder dumpster to clean up my yard etc.. and everything is fine, no complaints about our road or anything, they delivered and removed the dumpster just fine.

Fast forward to now, I needed to order a 4 yard dumpster to be service everything two weeks, and after running my credit card and all of sudden refunded me with no explanation, I had to call them and ask them why they refunded the card. Then they said, the road was to bad to drive on, the road hasn't changed in 3 months. It's a county road, county maintained road. So why was it okay for them to give me service months ago and even years ago, but not now. It's doesn't make sense. Poor customer service, poor communication, poor reasonsings.

Waste Connections were a pleasure to deal with. Carmen set up our construction dumpster delivery and pickup. It arrived on time as promised and was picked up at the exact time we specified. Their cost was significantly less than their competitors and their service was outstanding, especially when trying to arrange the deal from the other side of the country like we were.

We've had pick up service for over two years now. This year, at least once a month our trash isn't getting picked up. I try reporting it via the app and website. Comes back with error.
