Food was cold when we got it, couldn't cut the pancakes they were too rough. Chickens fried steak wasn't edible. Waiter was very nice, but thats all they have going for them.

Went here while travelling to AR for work. It was busy lunch hour but the service was still fast. Looks like it's a favorite spot for locals, the servers know the customers. You get a ticket and pay in front when done. Will definitely consider dining here again when in Mountain Home, AR.

Great place to eat. There were 4 of us out of town, and we stopped to eat at Skippers. The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable and the staff were friendly. If we come back to Arkansas again, we will definitely stop here again.

Average. Casual atmosphere. Friendly staff. Large portion sizes. Had a regular 3 piece catfish plate and a cajun 3 piece catfish plate. There is no difference except some cajun "shake" sprinkled over regular to make it "cajun" and add $1 to the price. Not bad, but nothing special. Will return because we love catfish.

Way too busy at lunch today with not enough staff to handle the crowd. Waitress was great but stretched too thin. Food was good but not hot. I recommend not going if the parking lot is full. Otherwise good place to eat.

Wanted 2 fish dinners to go. Sat 7:50pm several cars there. Waitress tells us they have been too busy and are closing. 2 fish dinners to go would have been easy & fast for them. We won't be going back.

Outstanding food! Great location to find, very nice and tentative waiting staff. And the servings are definitely worth the money.

Hard for me to rate food here as I always get the biscuits n gravy and hash browns, it was great as always. But looking at my dad's bday meal I treated him to, it wasn't the the servings I am used to from this place. The potatoes looked instant, I could be wrong. His appetite is small but he had no issue scraping his plate clean for once. The order for my boys at home wasn't even written down so it didn't get made. The server looked exhausted and overworked. She used to be the backbone of the place. I hope things get better for all involved, it used to be the best. The prices were very reasonable and the place was clean. Young man at register, professional and friendly.
