Driver picked up my $800 package and never scanned it now UPS refuses to handle my stolen package claim. Always take a picture of the driver and their truck so you have proof when they steal your package.

Paid for a package hold, the workers at this location VERY rudely told me I could not pickup at this location. Never refunded my money. And made me wait another 3 days for them to ship it to another UPS satellite office that's literally 5 minutes up the road. Noone here deserves a job

$1200 package says delivered but never was. "Found" delivered to wrong house. Prob a over worked and underpaid driver.

This is the third time. I have had a package to continue my business for stayed 5 days at this facility. I do not recommend at as as this really hurts small businesses

I have never had a UPS Driver hang my package up so the dogs cant get to it. This one that came out to Gassville went above and beyond. Thank you!

Tracking says package arrived on 10/8/22 @ 8:21 am. Lady in office said package didn't arrive. So she didn't know where it was.
