I made an appointment with them to install my Minn Kota trolling motor onto my Supreme L42. On arrival they seemed uninterested and during installation lost the foot pedal to my motor. They said it wasn't in the box I brought and refused to reimburse me. The pedal had been in the box. I love my boat but disappointed in the service.
