This place has a really nice atmosphere and their desserts are amazing. The food was just okay to me. If you want a decent meal with a nice vibe and outstanding desserts I would recommend this place.

restaurant was clean and had cute vibes, my partner and I ordered the chicken romano and the chicken alfredo. the chicken in both pastas were not really seasoned but the sauce for the pastas were good & the rolls were yummy!

I drove up to Maumelle AR from Austin TX to visit my grandsons, Decided to take 6 of my family members to dinner with a desire to give them a 1st time experience of an authentic Italian restaurant. We arrived 15 min before closing; Still yet the hotess was kind enough to take the 7 of us in. The food was very good and great service . I will surely patronize Milano's again on my next trip to Maumelle Arkansas

The bread is to die for. Excellent chicken Caesar salad and Alfredo. Staff very attentive but not overwhelming. I absolutely loved it. Huge portions. All the food was great.

I've been here twice for dates, and I probably won't visit again. Surprisingly bland Italian food, imo. It seemed too pricey for unseasoned tomato sauce from a can, frozen seafood, and the only seasoning on the tables is pepper flakes. How about Italian seasoning and garlic seasoning?

We skipped dessert there, cuz the restaurant charges 8$ for a thin slice of cake. The staff and decor are pleasant, it just seems too expensive for the quality and quantity of food served.

Milano’s has to be one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten; very consistent and impeccable care taken with each dish. The staff is wonderful; Josh was so helpful and kind tonight. Keep up the good work!!

The best Italian Restaurant I've been too; hands down!

The atmosphere was nice, the staff were very friendly, courteous and attentive. The speed of our food was insane! Took about 5 minutes for our appetizers to get to us, then as we were finishing those, our entrees arrived!

Entree portions are very generous! My wife and I had a lot of leftovers! Their dessert selection was nice and the house-made tiramisu (pictured below) was so good! The food is very authentic!

Our waitress was on top of everything! Came back with refills before ours were empty, came and asked if there was anything else we needed, she brought over to-go containers without us having to ask! Top of the line customer service!

The pictured provided are: Appetizers (Stuffed Mushrooms & Garlic Cheese Bread). Entree (Pasta Combo). Dessert (House-made Tiramisu)

Overall, the service & atmosphere was wonderful. I had the tortellini alla panna and cesar side salad. Which was very good. Tiramisu is my favorite dessert. However, I would not recommend due to the lack of layering and flavor of the desert at this restaurant.
