Only 1 person working was told 10 to 15 min for a "HOT AND READY" pizza. After 30 min walked in to find my pizza and wings in the warmer when I was told to pull around and wait. Pizza was sub par even for Little Cesar's, the wings were "ok". Only stopped because I needed something fast. Smh.

It depends on who is working because when certain people are there, and I know no one’s name there, but I noticed anyways, when certain people are there my order is correct. I got a simple cheese pizza, it shouldn’t be burnt.

Pizza here is what you expect from Little Caesars. Kids in our family like it, adults usually eat something else. I would even say this one is above average quality for a Little Caesars, but ...I'm guessing there are staffing issues because they are never open lately. We can't plan to grab it for dinner because of their unpredictable hours.

Edit: 11/25/2022 So they seem open more, but quality has tanked. Half our pizzas and cheese sticks weren't cut, the ones that were weren't cut through. Some of our crazy bread was tiny like it was all mashed together after cooking.

I’ve had positive interactions with some of the staff but that is the only positive thing. The pizza is always not as good as it used to be. The inside waiting area is filthy. They never have anything hot and ready, especially after 730. Little chasers is supposed to be about convenience but dominos is way better and is barely more more expensive.

Used to be decent. But these past few experiences have been awful. I had one pizza that looked like it had been flipped onto the ground, and then back into it's box. My last pizza looked undercooked, and my Italian cheese bread tasted like it had sugar or something instead of garlic.. also the lady taking the order keeps an attitude, she interrupts me while taking my order every time, then has it wrong when I get to the window. And yeah theyre supposed to close at 10. But for some reason I can't seem to get anyone to take my order after 9:30. I'm almost certain the problem is the assistant manager..

Got pizza burnt and no cheese in the crust for a stuffed crust pizza. I brought it back in just to get another reorder but the cashier Anessa starts telling me that the pizza is fine saying "i made it... i made it" with the attitude that she had... just told her to give me my money back... afraid she might spit in our food. Waste my gas to even drive back and forth. If your a manager reading this.. you should watch how she talked to me on the camera.

Just waited for 45 minutes, for THIS. The dough was so undercooked, when I tried to grab a slice, it fell apart entirely. I asked politely for my money back and was told that was not an option because I ordered through the app. They said I could come back tomorrow or call a number to speak with the corporate office tomorrow to get it figured out, even after speaking with the GM. Absolutely horrible experience, I will never be back.

I don’t really appreciate being told it’s a 2-3 minute wait, only to find out 20 minutes later they gave away my order to another car, after I had to go in myself. I only realized when they gave me the wrong order too.
