This is the quality i expect and love from Chicfila. This Chicfila is very clean, great staff, food and ordering is great and just cant get better. Above most chicfilas i have been to and i would drive 30 mins to eat at this specific one. The flowers are a nice touch and it was so clean except the bathrooms needed a bit of work :)

I had stopped by for my hour lunch break and was immediately welcomed in like I was at my own home. Front register gentleman was extremely kind. There was a trainee named Kaitlin i believe I bumped into as I walked in who was extremely hospitable and sweet. The people at this chic fil a treat you like a good friend. My grilled club was delicious and the building was extremely tidy. This place really champions it’s values as a company and I will definitely be back :)

Amazing Chickfila experience. The service was top notch with some of the best young ladies working there, that made us feel so welcome. The food was cooked perfectly, perfect hidden gem of a Chickfila.

Good fast food, with good dessert here. The bathroom was clean too. This is a fairly popular place. It still had a decent amount of people inside when we ate a late lunch just before the early birds start supper.

Service here is always good and the food for Chic-Fil-a is always good. Play area for the kids was clean and great for our two young ones. Store was clean and easy to find a seat outside or inside.

Do not expect the normal Chick-fil-A experience with this one. As someone really familiar with the core values and beliefs of Chick-fil-A, they didn’t follow any of them. The workers seemed like they were trying to do the least amount of work possible and just wanted to get orders done as soon as possible so they can go back to talking to their coworkers. As a result of they got our order wrong. The man who took our order didn’t repeat back our order or fill our beverages correctly. Our food came out quick but it was not at all accurate. We ordered a Mac and cheese instead of fries but instead they handed us an original sandwich with American cheese. They also got a side salad wrong as well. When we got the incorrect sandwich, we went and told them that there was a mistake. Instead of correcting their mistake, they tried charging us for the Mac and cheese that they didn’t give us and were trying to make us pay for a mac n cheese they messed up. Very disappointing experience especially from such a respectable chain, but this one just didn’t get the memo on what the Chick-fil-A experience is all about. Won’t go again and don’t recommend.

Horrible experience at CFA in Maumelle. Bought some food through the app. Got home after they first tried to only give me my drink to find out that the nuggets weren’t in there. No way to refund in the app (?!?!) so called up there and they refuse to refund without me going back up there with my receipt and food. What an absolute scam. They took my money through the app - as a customer I don’t give a flying flip about your backend processes. FIX IT FOR ME without being a-holes.

Fabulous as always!
There were so many in line but Chick fil a, with their usual great service, had us through the line in no time. Keep up the good work!
