They have rude and disrespectful employees that are never up at the registers when I need them. Have a very cluttered and messy store. I would not ever tell someone it's a good place to work or decent place to shop!!!!

If there was a way to leave a zero star rating, that would be my preference. Since there is not, I will, reluctantly, opt for the available one- star rating.

Almost every visit to this location has been most unpleasant, as the majority of the employees are either rude, uninformed of current sales and/or policies, or both.
This has been going on for years, it isn't a new occurrence.
I will typically go out of my way, driving to Marvell, West Helena, or even Helena, to avoid stopping here because of the way in which I have been treated here.
I would recommend that others do the same.

Bought a box that was on sale supposedly, next day I come to find that the box didn’t have a seal on it so water don’t go in and it rained so I put it in my truck went back and tried to return it. As I was trying to return it the lady over the front desk was saying no can’t I said why it’s still the same condition as it was yesterday and she was talking on the phone on speaker telling them about the situation and that they can’t take it back due to covid even tho she didn’t have her mask on properly and kept trying to raise her voice cause I said well maybe you can disinfectant it but she said not my job . I just said I just want my money back here’s your box and she finally did it all the extra stuff could of been resolved in a peaceful way especially when there’s was a long line . Just won’t come back that’s that and hopefully doesn’t happen to anybody else with the sarcasm

On 7-26-20, an employee was checking out customers and wasn't wearing a mask. She even had the audacity to tall a person behind me to pull his mask up over his nose and she didn't even have one on. I talked to her manager and explained what happened and the manager said that she did what she was supposed to. She didn't even address the fact that her employee wasn't wearing a mask. I do not like wearing one myself but when there's a mandate in effect and there's a sign on the store door that says you are unable to enter without one on then why is that employee allowed to work without one. Where's the management here?

So far, with my commutes, the store has been clean and stocked well. Yet during the covid19 procession, DG stores have been very limited to disposable nitrile gloves. This location is known to close earlier than it's display hours, so don't try to be a hero by arriving 5 minutes before the hour.

This is the cleanest store that we have here in our little town. It offers great selections from cleaning products, hygiene, cookware, toys, pet supplies, and holiday items to grocery products. I frequently shop here instead of going into town.

I love the new Lexa store. I always find just what I want in all of the locations. The clerks are nice. And if something's out. They can tell you when they'll have it. It's stocked really well. I really shop here more than Walmart for some items.⭐⭐????????????

store is clean and easy to move around in. much better than the one in town. I will shop there again even though it is a bit farther out from where I live.
