Tonight waited at the drive thru to be acknowledged for over 2 minutes. Then was told no "can't do that" when I attempted to order something they no longer have yet it is on the menu board. I had to ask him to explain why he couldn't let me order it.
Pull up to get my food and they only gave me half the order and I had ro ask them to come back to the window and give us the rest. Then the chicken sandwich was missing the CHICKEN. I had to go back in again at this point.

As an out of towner usually mcds can satisfy the hunger pains bit this one not so much. After waiting in drive-thru for seemed like forever for one car and they didnt get her order right. My food came out still frozen (breakfast sandwich ) since I was already down the road. I didn't turn around which is my fault so check your food before you leave the parking lot. Not sure if I'll give this one another try when in area.

Not the fastest but the order is always right and the food is good. I have to drive a ways to visit but the quality and people are so much better than the one in springdale by the airport.

We were just traveling through, small McDonald's that is under staffed and took a long time to get our food and to even make our order, at no faults of their own. They did not have a drink machine for you to get your own drinks so we waited a long time just for our drinks.

The workers especially James is alot of fun. He will make u laugh and is always cleaning in the lobby. Very respectful except for Betty she is just plain rude.

Bathrooms need cleaned in a bad, bad way. Bulk ketchup dispenser had bad ketchup, and they were out of tea in the lobby. Food was fine. Very busy location so some of this is to be expected.

This was a great place to get a quick bite to eat on the road! The food was hot and ready to eat when we got it and tasted wonderful. The employees were friendly and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's hungry! Very good for a MacDonald's.
