We were a party of four and got there right at lunchtime. Snagged the last open table and had to wait for it to get cleaned up. Service was fairly fast, considering how busy it was. The food was very good. I had taco salad, and hubby had nachos. We were w friends, they had a hamburger and fries ( lots of fries!) and an openface beef sandwich that looked really good. Everything was delicious. The waitress kept checking on us and refilling our drinks. We will be back. There is plenty of parking in front, and it is wheelchair accessible. Lots of food options for every taste. They have a kids menu, too.

Sausage had a good crisp in the omlet. Tons of potatoes and a huge biscuit and gravy. The only thing I wish was different, keep the gravy hotter. It was a bit cool when it arrived.

This is the best homemade food. Husband had chicken fried chicken with fried okra and mashed potatoes. I had meatloaf with green beans and mashed potatoes. We loved it! The biscuits were soooooo good. Just like they should be. Employees were very nice and had smiles. Prices were the price it should be. If your ever in that area, you need to go try Granny's Kitchen!

Food was excellent. Pancakes were much better than typical diner pancakes in my opinion. They also give you their homemade strawberry jam which is one of the reasons to go there. The breakfast burrito was also very good. Service was quick. Outside appeared very packed but there are multiple nearby overflow parking lots surrounding the place and we were able to seat ourselves quickly. If you are type A about cleanliness then this may be the only drawback- busy place so somewhat dirty floors and tables. Interior is rustic country decor.

What a fantastic, local joint for amazing down-home cooking. The Chicken Fried Steak was probably THE best I've had in a very, very long time! That strawberry shortcake was also AMAZING and worth the trip all by itself. Our waitress was on point, knowledgeable, helpful, quick, and super friendly.

We were in the area for camping, and this restaurant WILL be on our shortlist as a must-do when we're back in this area.

My stop in Huntsville, Arkansas was pleasant. Everyone in town was super friendly. When I went into Granny's I thought service was a little slow, but they don't need to rush like we do in Houston, Texas. People take their time and take pride in what they do. It reminded of the America I grew up in. With that said, my food was exceptional and my waitress offered great service, even though that day she needed to bring her son with her, because she didn't have childcare. I was happy to eat a place that allowed their waitress to do that. What a level of caring. Thank you all for the great Catfish meal and service. Keep it up!

Working near Huntsville again and we went in for breakfast. I have eaten here many times over the years and I am pleased to report that they haven't lost their touch. The steak and eggs were the best I've had in a while. I highly recommend.

The staff was all super sweet & the service was excellent. The lunch at this lil place on our way home back to Oklahoma was just what we were looking for! The Chicken Fried Chicken & the cream gravy, was PERFECT!!! The apple pie like my grandma use to make, that I had for dessert, really topped me off but so glad I got it!!! Definitely a good find! ????
