I came to this sonic to get a float which they do at every sonic location in most of nwa. I was rudely told no that, and they yelled at me over their speaker with no costumer service whatsoever that they won’t make it. They couldn’t even be kind enough to give me another suggestion. I’m just a regular sonic eater trying to get the food and service I like and should be given as a business.

This is a great Sonic. The color scheme is beautiful and the food is outstanding. A big difference with this one is the location. It is on a great scenic byway in the town of Huntsville, Arkansas. If you are headed south on old Highway 23 out of Eureka Springs, you will come across this location and you can fill up before you head along the old Pig Trail. A great trip anytime of the year, but especially when the leaves are changing in the fall.

$3.75 for a fountain drink? Y'all lost your minds. Sonic is charging like they're a 5 start restaurant. Ridiculous. Also, I stopped going for food, because every single time the food would be old or my order would be wrong. Huntsville needs more options. Sonic needs outttttttttt

Food came so quick I was amazed! No way! Unfortunately I got things from under the heat lamp. Definitely not hot n fresh. Luke warm n a little disappointed. Delivered to the car and of course I tipped the car hop.

All I wanted was an ice cream shake with cookie dough in it. I ordered it, they gave me vanilla with no fudge and no cookie dough. So I drove back and ordered it again because I really wanted cookie dough… and the 2nd shake had no fudge and no cookie dough, so I went home. I worked in the food industry as a youngin’ and I know it gets busy but that was incompetence.

They've been out of small blast cups for literally a month. Beginning to think it's a scam to get everyone to upcharge to a medium.
