It's a standalone place, so may feel unreal when found on Google maps, but really great for breakfast. Great bacon. Great cherry pie.

Long wait time, for a simple breakfast order, half came out only slightly warm and below average. Something was floating in my drink. Seemed more concerned about closing than making food.

Not great. Took forever, only one order came out after 45 mins. Hash browns were burnt AND cold. Really greasy eggs in the omelette. Not sure what’s going on there, but they need a real cook and I’m sure it’d do better. Ruined my appetite for the rest of the day. At least they didn’t charge us.

Rolling through town and saw they were open on New Years and thought why not? Well sure glad we stopped because that lunch special of Ham Steak, Cabbage and Black Eyed Peas was absolutely the BOMB. Very very good lunch and great atmosphere. The only thing not up to par was the very slow service. It took about 25-30 mins to get our food and the restaurant was maybe at 25 percent capacity. Would give it another shot though because of how good the food was.

My husband and I were looking for a quaint, local place to stop to eat along our route to our anniversary trip location and found this place. Loved the small town quaintness of it. Good atmosphere, good service. As for the food, my husband’s burger was delicious. One star off though for my fried chicken salad. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting up for hours. Not fresh.

Family-owned. So glad to see this little gem thriving! They had kids helping the waitress out last time & it was so cute. They did a very good job! It's businesses like this that I like to support & it helps when they have the best club sandwich and pies around! We've never had to wait long but everyone's definition of "good wait time" varies. If you're coming here, just relax, enjoy the kids learning about responsibility if they are there, enjoy the atmosphere & enjoy the GREAT food! Clean bathrooms too!
