Went through drive thru , I had ordered a watermelon freeze and conveniently they were out. ???? I also ordered a regular burrito ( bean and cheese ) ....... The burrito was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !! ???????? not even 3 years ago , the quality of their food was way better than it is now. What I got was a hard tortilla with barely any beans and it was the thinnest burrito I have ever eaten.... I will never order food from there again. Yuck. ????

Last 2 time’s eating here from the drive thru, the food was made wrong the first time and the soft shells seemed like they had been sitting out for hours getting hard and stale. Tonight the order was made correctly but every soft shell we had except one was old and stale again. Another was half old and stale and soggy in spots from soaking wet lettuce. I doubt we will be back anytime soon. If the food is bad, then that ties into poor service. At the prices fast food restaurants are charging now, we can just eat at or order togo at regular restaurants instead. They seem to make less mistakes or serve less subpar food. If i can use a burrito and knock on the door and it sound like my knuckles, its a problem. Hopefully taco bell and others will get their quality back up. If not, good luck.

Our order was incorrect and the quality of the food was horrible. 2 of our 10 family members were done eating before anyone else even got their food. The staff was laughing when we were trying to get the situation resolved and the manager didn't seem like he cared. We will not be coming back to this location. Kevin C. July 4, 2023.

Nacho fries should stay on the menu, forever. Other than that, I never have an issue. Love me some Taco Bell!

Did an online order on 02/08/23. Paid extra money for extra steak on a chalupa. Apparently, lettuce is extra steak. I had 3 actual slivers of meat in the chalupa with that brown sauce. I hate to see what would have happened if I didn't order extra steak. It's taco bell's practice that prompted me to order extra steak in the first place because there's usually just a small amount of meat. The kid that gave us our food was polite so he got 2 stars. He would have scored better but there was no sauce in the bag and he didn't ask. The girl that came to the window when we continued to wait there had an attitude when we asked for sauce. Greenwood has become a terrible place when it comes to young people in the food service industry. They are all so quick to get back on their phones after copping an attitude when asked to do a job by a customer. I know they do plenty of business at this store that they won't miss us, but we've had it with the Greenwood taco bell.

Service sucks. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting to be served. Used my entire lunch time doing it. Not even a “be with you in a moment”. Nothing. They just look at you like fish out of water.

Its just like any other TB. However CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave. This TB is notorious for having the order wrong or not giving you all your order esp sides/sauces.

Greenwood taco bell is the best. I accidentally left my wallet there. An entire hour passed and I realized it. So I started back tracking. I walked in and they said my name. They kept it for me in a safe place. Honestly and integrity is appreciated. My food is always yummy. I love Greenwood taco bell!!
