They must be using a different measuring system. The meats are a lower amount. I ordered a steak and cheese foot long. I came in and ordered and am still here eating. 11/21/22 @ 6:10pm. There was a young guy with black hair that was rude to me. He didn’t seem to be putting the right amount of meat on the sandwich. And he barley spread the steak out over the sandwich evenly. I had another sandwich that I had him make. 6 inch Chicken terryaki. He made them both haphazardly. The young girl next to him was working so fast to put the toppings on, I though her hands would fall off. Then I asked twice if the amount of meat on the sandwich was the right amount. She very snippy answered, yes we use two scoops of steak on foot longs. The overall customers service was lacking severely. I don’t think they need to be employed there if they aren’t going to take customers seriously.

App will not connect while sitting in lobby. After I go down road to order I paid through app and then bread I want is not available and I get choice of white or wheat after it is paid for.

Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable . Quick and easy service. I barely ever go in some where close to closing time ,I had to here,she was still accommodating with no attitude. We appreciated that.

I'm allergic to pickles and I clearly said my order which didn't include pickles and she tried to put them on my sandwich 5 times. Not to mention that they all looked higher than kites when they came out of the back to make me food. She even put bacon on my sandwich when I said turkey? I understand having a bad day but all she could do was laugh and apologized to her coworker rather than me.

The staff is good, I mean they’re always nice…
But the wait time, in or at drive thru- is ridiculous. And when I’ve waited it’s never when they’re super busy.
They’re always out of something, or my order is wrong. Last time I got home, from drive thru, and had to go all the way back for a new sub.

Really impressed with the new driveway and ability to order from drive thru. Discovered whole store has been remodeled and it looks really nice and clean. Enjoyed the protein bowl very much; will be back again for this option.

Food always tastes fresh and their sandwiches / wraps are consistent quality. They have recently remodeled and added a drive through. If you like Subway, this location will not disappoint.

I love the NEW remodel and I really love eating at Subway. However, I have eaten there a couple of times in the past 2 weeks and I have to say their cucumbers do not taste right? The biggest issue I have to say is WHERE is the cheddar cheese?? I assume Subway thinks it cost to much? I personally think it cost more money in labor dollars since the employee's are always cleaning up messes from people like me constantly asking for them to add plenty of shredded cheese to our food, just so we can have some cheddar in our Sub's. Not to mention I would happily pay the additional cost.
