We've always had great experiences here, but the lady at the drive thru window today was extremely sweet. I wish we would've grabbed her name! But we really appreciate you!

I am glad we have sonic in greenwood. 4 stars just for location. My kid one kid want mozzarella sticks with ranch. We don’t go often and so when we do it is a treat. He never ends up with ranch ????u200d♀️.

By far the worst sonic I’ve ever been too. Employees are extremely incompetent, service is so slow, food isn’t that great and sonic has always been my family favorite. I ordered a chocolate shake, it had strawberry syrup all over it, I handed it back to the lady and asked her to clean it up, she just gave it to another employee to brought it right back out with some napkins so I can just do it myself.

I hate the fact that you have to give Sonic in Greenwood Arkansas at least 1 star because I wouldn’t give them any based on my families experience.
They are always messing up our orders and it gets really frustrating especially when you are paying $25 for food and they just say I’m sorry and never offer to refund you!!!
I Also wonder why they let the cooks smoke right outside the front door, to me that should not be happening by any means.
Here’s pictures of a burger I got today I couldn’t eat it without wringing out the grease.

Pretty much your standard Sonic. Drive thru is sometimes fast and often slow. Food is typical - nothing great but gets the job done. Be sure to check your order when it arrives. I've never gotten anything I placed correct the first time.

Slow service, food had no flavor, one top of tomato, bun tasted old. Skip it for another place.

Waited over 10 minutes for just a drink and there was only one other car there.

Sure love the pretzel twist. Please don't ever get rid of it.
One of the biggest things I can say about sonic is almost every one I go to is the same . The portion sizes don't change place to place week to week.
It's pretty much always what I expect and what I want.
