Generally a good store to stop at. Sundays they seem to have trouble keeping up with stocking, but the weekends are really busy.

Both the window tech and the drive thru tech were quit rude. One even rolled her eyes when I asked her about updating my address and phone number and she mouthed something... She acted put out by having to work. Didn't put a medicine syringe in the bag of antibiotics I got. Had to go back later to get 2nd prescription ever did get a text and they were closing I had no idea. She said I would have to pick it up tomorrow.... I was like it's for pink eye for my son, she said we are closed and put the phone on the hook .... I won't be using this place again. I'd rather use Walgreens ...

Store was well stocked. The staff at the checkout was efficient and helpful. Plenty of what I needed.
I dislike the parking lot because the entrances/exits are oddly designed, especially for someone who does not frequent this store location.

taylor was such rude person and she yelled at MY kid. I hope see her terminated because my kid has anxiety talking to people and she just made it worse. I hope the managers are smart enough to fire her

Lei isn’t very great at her job and needs to be trained much better.

I walked up to her register with my cart full of groceries and she stopped what she was doing and said “Is this all yours?”

Yes. It was. She then asked me, “You hungry?” And then kept saying how she can’t wait for her shift to be over with.

If you hate your job, then get a new one. But this is unacceptable.

This store used to be great to shop, but it has been a disappointment for the past several months. They are frequently out of very common items. Lately, no Great Value peanut butter, no unsalted top crackers, no gallon size ice cream, and at the last visit, no russet potatoes. They have major stocking deficiencies, and the management there doesn't seem to think they can do anything about it.
I have not seen the same issues at Harps lately, or the Supercenters, so this may be store specific.

Edit 11/16/22- Today, I bought 16 items here. Three items scanned higher than the shelf price, two of them 70 cents higher, and one 10 cents higher. Check your self check screen before you pay, and have the checkout supervisor correct it. No items scanned lower than the shelf price. Might be a good idea to write down shelf prices as you place items in your cart. This store was totally out of gallon ice cream again, among other things.

Edit: 12/6/22- Today, once again a price scanned much higher than the price marked on the shelf, and I failed to catch it until I had returned home. Need to watch this very closely at this store.

I've picked up orders at multiple locations across 3 states. Pickup orders are delivered quicker at this location than others. Store is clean and organized.

Really enjoyed the employee in the wheelchair staring at my every move at checkout. I've been an adult for 25 years now, never stole. I hope this store gets robbed blind now. Thanks for giving sparky purpose though. This is why people shop at harps.
