I literally asked the guy if my ranch was in the bag. He looked me dead in the eyes and lies when he said yes! I don’t come here a lot cause this is a common thing. I ordered a chili cheese coney. Only chili cheese. Has so much more on it. Unfortunately it’s close to home so I’ll just having to eat what I don’t want.

You guys usually do a wonderful job; but I've ordered the bbq chicken bites 3 times now and you guys are hardly putting sauce on it. Doesn't look like bbq chicken at all.

All the times I visit I never had a problem staff is very friendly and food is prepared quickly and enjoyable

Man. I can’t get enough of the employee named Zach, love seeing him with a smile and a great attitude and that’s what I love about that sonic! I decided to give him a 5$ tip and I thank him for it and he deserved it!

We litterly had the slowest service ever. All we ordered was a milk shake. No need to cook it or anything. I used app to per order and pick up. Still waited well over 10 minutes to get it brought to our car. Not sure I will stop at this location anytime in the near future.

Just had the worst customer service :/ my food came out cold and I also waited for a very long time. I’m not usually one to complain but Athena came out and pretty much threw the food in my car! We may not all love our jobs but there is no need for the rudeness. I even tipped her in the app before hand.
