Great place! The burgers were cooked perfectly and FULL of flavor, the service was friendly, and the French fries were delicious.

The atmosphere is unlike anything in the area and resembles a hip old Chicago bar compared to being where it’s located.

Highly suggest.

This is a true local secret in Fayetteville. Hugo's is downtown but is a cool semi hidden basement restaurant and bar. I first went during restaurant week and they had a line out the door for lunch but got me seated within 5 min. All staff are helpful, efficient, and fast. I have heard their burgers are the bomb but I have only tried their beer cheese soup (the best), Muffuletta, and crepes both savory and sweet. Everything has been delicious. It really tastes homemade, award winning, and unique. I recommend this place to everyone!

This is a gem location. The entry down the steps opens into an interesting and welcoming dining room. The server was helpful and attentive. The Cheese Burger was great. I would have taken a picture but it was too good to wait. I did get the menu.

We were visiting from out of town and actually passed this place, then decided to turn around and try it. We are so glad that we did because this place is incredible! The food was prepared well, the service was quick, despite being packed, and the cocktails were great.

I have to say that the grasshopper crepes was my absolute favorite item! Give this place a try, it's worth the wait! We will definitely be adding this place to our favorite places to visit.

Hugo’s is one of my favorite Burger Spots I’ve ever been to!!

First and foremost - I must mention the location. This speakeasy style Burger bar is an awesome atmosphere to enjoy your food. It can get loud, but I would highly recommend eating here.

The burgers are incredible. I have gotten several burgers but my favorite is the Blue Moon. The bleu cheese burger is exceptional and if you like that kinda thing I would 100% recommend. The meat is smokey and tasty, the buns are delicious as well. The burgers come standard with chips, but I’d recommend getting the fries as well. Overall great spot, and a CANT miss in Fayetteville.

Excellent service. Professional waitstaff. The food was quality. A tad on the high end for things like french fries. Some portions on the small side, but overall an enjoyable experience. Get the macho nachos!

Great place for a really good burger! The atmosphere is fun since it’s “underground” - and the service was excellent. Best part might be that they cooked the burgers to perfection - I’m a medium-rare guy and it was spot on! Only recommendations are to add a little more cheese to those cheese fries and don’t charge extra for ranch. But, it’s a great place - gotta try it when you’re in Fayetteville.

One of the best burgers I have ever had!!! Excellent ingredients, cool atmosphere, and pleasant service. Expect to wait around 45 minutes for a seat but it is absolutely worth it. Looking forward to eating here again soon. 5 stars!
