If I set out to try to make customers feel unwelcome without actually chasing them away, I might be clever enough to create the cold, soulless environment that this Wendy's lobby enjoys.

From the sign on the front door making it clear that you are not welcome to stay and chat with friends *even while eating the food you just ordered*, to the lack of any menu to place an order from to a human being, this lobby looks like it was intentionally crafted to remove any human experience from their patrons.

If the machines rise up and take over the world, they may celebrate this lobby... so long as they don't dare stay any longer than thirty (30) minutes...

Was reading local fast food reviews out of boredom and am bewildered at the amount of low ratings this location has. I have never had a problem going to this Wendy's and always receive fast, courteous, and consistent service.

Food is always hot and delicious.

It is kinda hard to screw up a burger and fries but yet they did. Our burgers tasted fishy. Like there was a fish type oder coming from the meat. The buns were stale. And there was soo much mayo and ketchup that I had to scrape it off. Then I found the 1 pickle on my burger. The fries were cold and way way over salted. More salt is not going to keep fries fresh. The baked potato was over cooked by about 3 hours. The soda was good though. This was at prime dinner time as well.

The food was good and we received fresh fries. The downside is both the lobby and the bathrooms were dirty. There were multiple flies on tables that landed on the squeeze bottle ketchups spout. (Yes I got packet ketchup because of flies.) Even though our food was good, it was incorrect and we ordered on the kiosk. I would say the employees at this location do not care about customer experience.

Service was good and fast. This location is typically dirty. Splatter around the drink machine, floor not swept, crumbs on tables and etc. The layout is odd too, as the sun shines in your eyes while sitting at the tables.

Order a burger and nuggets.

Normally I don't have any issues but today the burger bun had a hard white powdery ball in the bun it crumbled when pressed similar to a ball of parmesan cheese but dryer. Seems like a quality control issue.

The nuggets were stale as well.

Decided not to chance it and threw it out. Going to look for a new fast food place.

Don’t come here at night. We waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes at 9pm while they got through three orders. You are also stuck in the drive thru line once you pull in. By the time we got to the spot where you order we just drove off because there was no telling how long it would take. Don’t waste your time!

Aside from now having to order from a kiosk and no longer with a person (like at Walmart) they miss all the extras I paid for like cheese and onions on my chile and gave me a plain chicken sandwich instead of the deluxe I ordered. Also didn’t provide a receipt at the kiosk.
