Sold me old corn multiple times. Even called them to let them know one time. Literally a few days later I'm back buying from the same moes and guess what... old corn again. At this point I don't think it's an accident. I just straight up think they sell you old food. Has happened to me 3 or 4 times before tonight. The corn made the whole thing gross. And yes I ordered a bowl that doesn't excuse the old corn. I get my guacamole on the side in a cup because one time that was old too. Management needs to do better at not serving old food. Totally got ripped off might change my review if it's remade with corn that isn't BROWN

Food was very good. Was slightly upset that my wife was questioning the reasoning behind a menu change. Instead of offering a kids meal which would have been perfect size meal. She was told that she was only able to go with a full size item..

I come here all the time and never had the issue about the food. Wayyy more chips than I need, but no complaints on that. I got back to work today with my food and no sour cream. It’s been missing a few times. I understand I should have checked my bag, but a better effort to make sure condiments are in the bag would be highly appreciated!

It was my first time in, I was excited to have a make your own burrito shop nearby. The guy making the food was friendly but when I got to the register the guy leans over and points out that it want me to put in a tip before putting in my card. EXCUSE ME? It's simple counter service and I haven't even received my food and you want a tip? MOES DO BETTER! It's a $12 burrito, pay your own workers.

This place has went downhill. FAST. How are you out of lettuce at a burrito place? Scanner for rewards does not work. Water all over the floor from the coke machine. Half of the drinks from the freestyle machine are out. No Sprite. We won’t be back for a while. Hope they can turn it around. Used to be a good spot.

Split the nachos with my mom and got a "cup" of queso. The nachos were average, with the meat being disproportionately distributed across the chips and weird proportions for the other ingredients. The cheese dip was not great, C tier at most. No better than buying cheese dip at your local Walmart. Employees were friendly and active, which is unlike the other reviews for this place. They also have a Coke Freestyle which is nice.

I love Moe's but this one is kind of hit or miss. You never get greeted when you come in, and the food is alright. I got a quesadilla and it looked like it was balled up in the foil they put it in. The store is never really clean and the staff usually is just messing around.

I’ve been wanting to try the new Moes. I’ve seen some negative posts but I think it’s just been a learning curve for new employees. So I decided I’d stop yesterday and go inside to order. Super nice employees. Service was fast. Food was great - very fresh, rice, chicken, grilled veggies, and all the toppings — delicious! I’ll be definitely be back again. (Photo - it looked & smelled soooo good, I started eating then remembered to take a photo. So it has a few bites taken in this photo)
