Rarely do any visits to McDonald's stand out - good or bad. If you like consistency, it's a good place to go. My food was hot but pretty average, not much like the picture but had all the correct ingredients. Service was good and efficient, and it was fast. No complaints. It's a great option when life keeps you from eating dinner at a reasonable time.

We went in the middle of the afternoon with no rush. We ordered at the kiosk because no one would take our order. One sandwich missing bacon, another missing pickles. We then paid for extra sauces and then did not get the 2 that came with the meal. When we asked for the missing sauces they asked us to pay for them. Good was warm, drinks were cold. Make sure to check your order.

This location is horrible. I don't mean to be rude at all, but I can't imagine everyone working here has all their marbles for the service to be this slow and wrong consistently. I used to go here for coffee for breakfast, but they would always run out and act exasperated when I was forced to go in and ask why my order wasn't finished after 20 minutes. I can't remember a time I went and it wasn't at least a 15-20 minute wait for lunch or dinner. I think with some better management and offering classes about task and stress management would help those in charge.

Leave it to mcds to mess up.
1. Take the order. Some times this is hard for them.
2. Accuracy in orders and preparation. This seems difficult words must be hard.
3. Freshness. Ehhh idk about this.
4. Are they still taking 5 hours to do end of day overnight. And why does it takes 15 hours to clean the damn ice cream machine?

Yall special round these parts I recon.

I'm shocked at how this location can be so consistently bad. Multiple wrong orders over time and the quality of the food how been terrible (for example ice cold fries). I made the mistake of giving them one more opportunity this morning and they got our order wrong again. Instead of an Egg McMuffin we received a plain biscuit. I previously sent the corporate headquarters a note as well for another previous wrong order, so hopefully someone can take note and work towards improvement.

On a side note, I've never had a problem with the Walton location. I'm 100% done with this location.

Very disappointing. They're ice cream machine has been known for more than 3 weeks. Read one of my previous posts and you'll know that this machine is often are not broken; employees just don't want to clean them. I think I'm going to start reporting every McDonald's that I order an ice cream that doesn't have it because there would be many. I'll send it right to the corporate offices so take note McDonald's you're on double secret probation. Food atmosphere just like any other McDonald's service wasn't bad wasn't exceptional.

The workers are very friendly. They are kind. Awesome. BUT they can not make a decent sausage mcmuffin. The muffin is burnt to a crisp. Not just well done. Burnt. Charred. Like put to fire. 2 days in a row. Not toasted. Burnt!

Pulled into drive through at 8:00 a.m. employee knocked on my window and asked me and other cars to back out of the drive through, go park, and walk inside because they're delivery truck needed to get throughout there. Instead just letting us go on through and putting their cones behind us and blocking it from anyone else from getting in the line. Was difficult backing up with all the other cars trying to come in. Strange the truck couldn't stay in the back and use a dolly to put the product in the store like they do at Sonic. Instead we all had to get out of line so the truck parked halfway into the inside drive through lane... At 8:00 a m. In the morning when everyone is getting their morning drive through biscuits. Went inside and promptly thought I stepped onto an ice skating rink because apparently they mop their floor with a bucket of Crisco oil instead of changing their mop water/degreaser every time they mop. The girl behind the counter was having trouble keeping her traction walking.
