A bit annoying to have to ask for the correct items countless times. Everytime I visit, at least half of the order is wrong or missing. And the employees don’t seem to care about getting better at their jobs anytime soon. It’s good if there’s no other choices and what you expect from Taco Bell though.

Man it's Taco BELL! Went through drive through was starving and was a bit strapped on cash that day talked with drive thru guy bout what to order, he help, and when i got to window and paid and received food, was nice to he hooked me up with a surprise locos tacos on taco Tuesday and along with plenty sauce and one of those tickets for a free taco. IT MADE MY DAY! it's the small stuff people can think and help with in advance, just had a brief conversation and that drive through worker put in 100%, representing taco bell and securing a repeat customer at his location. Thanks man.

Store is more concerned with getting their drive thru cleared or lobby orders from walk-in customers. Waited in lobby for 30 minutes on a Doordash order. I understand that they are short staffed, but when 4 people come into the lobby after I enter and they order at the kiosk and get the food before me, it doesn't seem right.

4/14/2023 Went in and ordered. Store was very busy inside and drive through. Some customers were being extremely rude. Manager on duty handled it very professionally. Whole staff was working very hard to make sure everyone got their food as fast a possible. My food was fresh and made great. Manager should be commended for how well he handled the situation.

Legit forgot 1/3 of all three of the combs my family ordered.
On top of that this is your half the food looked when we opened it.
- just opened supreme crunch wrap it no joke has a small scoop on each side… nothing is spread out
I called saying half my order was forgot. The lady openly said she didn’t know how the app worked

Disappointed by how slow they are while ordering inside for sit down. If I order ahead of the drive through cars I should receive before them.

We ordered extra beef and they never gave it to us. They always charge us for it but it's seldom on what we order. The tacos we recieved were all shell... Not to mention their customer service is non existent these days.

Used to be decent. Now I won't order food from here anymore they consistently mess up orders by leaving items out or do not deliver consistent/ good food. It's unfortunate bc they're the closest one to the house. Hope they fire whoever keeps messing things up.
