My experience at Taco Bell/KFC was nothing short of Expensive. The prices are up and the portions are smaller. I ordered a regular and spicy Mac and cheese bowl. They were good except for the portion size vs price. The chicken tenders, well . . . . They don't know the difference between original recipe and extra crispy. I ordered some of each and they fell in the middle somewhere. The tenders were rather anemic too. A healthy chicken could have survived having those tenders removed. I miss CVs, they had the best chicken in town.

Toco bell/KFC Booneville Arkansas 7 pm on a Tuesday evening. $35.35. This was our meal. Biscuits were like rocks, dried out 50% of the corn was hard, not a drop of juice, brown mashed potatoes, raw, dried out chicken tenders, look closely at the cole slaw was not only slimmy, but it was bubbling. I took a bite of it first spit it out and dry heaved, and violently gagged for 20 minutes. They returned our money, but I wasn't hiding the fact that I was recording. The kitchen, and dining room floors, & work spaces were disgusting. NEVER WILL WE GET FOOD FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. Both employees were extremely sorry. How do you not see this, health dept needs to do something before they kill someone.

Very disappointed with this Taco Bell. Service was TERRIBLE, out of Dr Pepper and almost everything else. We were greeted with " will this be cash or card" we were informed their card reader didn't work and could only accept cash. When we responded we would pay with cash, we couldn't get anyone back to take our order. Finally, someone responded. After all this, we figured the worst was over. Until we were asked to pull forward and wait for our food. There were no other customers and we didn't order anything but bean burritos and a couple of reg tacos. So, 10 min later, we receive our mediocre food at higher prices with unfriendly and poor service. WOW! That's progress America!

They are all cracked out in the kitchen they have the whole line backed up !!! We ordered tacos and we had to wait 25 mins because they are all cracked out. Why is Boonville taco bell hiring just anyone ...and they make the food with no gloves

Don't go to this place!
Every time I've been there the food has been horrible!
Stopped by with the family last weekend, evening and the inside was filthy (were stopping by for a family meal) tash everywhere, bathrooms were filthy, tables dirty all over. Not to mention the food was just unedible. We literally threw it out to go eat at sonic. Figured maybe it was just a bad day to go there. Well today wasn't any better! Figured I'd give them a second try but never again! How does this place even stay open?

One of the worst places in this town to eat. I do not recommend unless you want food poisoning. It’s so poorly managed. Had a lady stick her bare hands in my nacho fries, lick her fingers and add more to the plate, then tried to serve it to me. Immediately asked for a refund and left.

Nacho fries were cold and thrown in the bag, chicken quesadilla had lettuce in it, and I didn’t receive the mashed potatoes and gravy I ordered(also paid for). If I could rate zero ⭐️, I would.
