Honestly doesn't even deserve 1 star!! Our food looked like it was 3 days old, it was burnt, and 2pcs of the chicken was literally bone and burnt skin! Also the shift manager told us she couldn't issue a refund because it was after 8pm! Nor can she call the store manager for the same reason! After the issue was brought to her attention she COMPLETELY ignored us and didn't even attempt to make it right! The cook said IF we wanted fresh chicken we could wait 20-30mins as he preceeded to get hateful with us! This store, and the food is disgusting! The employees are awful! They do not care about customer service or quality of the food. I wouldn't even feed that to my dogs!

I will never eat here again. The food they gave me was old. Had to get them to replace it with fresher chicken even after I asked if it was fresh. Told me all the chicken just came out. The chicken I held up to show them. They put right back in the warming oven to serve someone else after I handled it. Cole slaw had a funny taste and did not eat it when I got home.

Stopped in mid afternoon and ordered for take out. Person at counter and the only other 1 employee were slow and acted irritated that we were there (we were only people in building). Food was OLD and had a burnt taste from sitting to long. Biscuits hard and corn tasted like it was from 2 days ago. For the price of the food will Never eat there again. Wish town would open a new store like Popeyes where food and serve are great.

Sat pulled over to the side of the building for 24 minutes waiting for a T6 and 6 soft tacos. While 5 other vehicles that came through and got their orders. Then once I got my food it was cold and soggy. It had definitely been sitting in there for a while. Will not be back and I do not suggest eating there. Booneville definitely has cleaner quicker places to get food. Sad because we usually love KFC and Taco Bell food. Just have to drive a ways to get it from now on.

Took almost two hours to get our food after it was given to us wrong. ONE taco variety pack. Absolute worst place to eat in Booneville. The store is always grose and the food is always old and sloppy. Find some decent help or close the place down.

KFC/TACO BELL BOONEVILLE ARKANSAS TUESDAY 7PM
Paid $35.35. This was our meal. Biscuits were like rocks, corn was 50% dried out, it had hard pieces of corn, not a drop of juice, brown mashed potatoes, raw, dried out chicken tenders, look closely at the cole slaw was not only slimmy, but it was bubbling. I took a bite of it first spit it out and dry heaved, and violently gagged for 20 minutes. They returned our money, but I wasn't hiding the fact that I was recording, and I wasn'tleaving until we did. The kitchen, and dining room floors, & work spaces were disgusting. NEVER WILL WE GET FOOD FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. Both employees were extremely sorry. How do you not see this, health dept needs to do something before they kill someone.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 piece extra crispy got 2 piece original. It was gelatinous. Gross. Inedible. The cole slaw was mostly juice and the gravy on the potatoes was acidic or something, like paprika idk. I hope I live. The tea was good.

Service was fast but my three-piece all white extra crispy chicken ended up being soggy with the skin stuck to the box and my fries were mashed potatoes. Sorry but you lost my business because that chicken at 12 should have been so crispy and delicious.
