The drive thru call in doesn't work or isn't on, so you just pull up to the window & Noone comes to the window so after setting here for 10 minutes, I called them. The guy informed me he was the only one here & he would get it to me soon. I ordered it on the app & it has been ready for 15 minutes. This happens almost everytime I come here.

7 minutes setting in drive-thru took with no one acknowledging we were there. I had to make 4 phone call to get them to answer. Said couldn't give me a receipt the machine was down. And they got the order wrong. After waiting 18+ minutes to get our food my husband was upset we left. So I have to eat messed food again. I wouldn't suggest going through the drive-thru. This is the third time it's been wrong.

Always has friendly staff and they work pretty fast. Food is always fresh and cookies taste good as well.

I waited to place my order & noone came on the intercom. I finally pulled up to the window & ask if it was broken, the girl said oh no, noone has a headset on.

You really gotta watch them when making your sandwich, or they will make it wrong... and their super slow....
Update:: July 3rd.
These people are even slower now. Did not think that was possible. But alas it's true!!

Very slow service and they NEVER answer the phone or they do answer ask you to hold and never come back to phone so you're able to call your order in ahead of time and use drive thru
