Very pleasant this evening, not too crowded. We went about 7:30 pm on a Wednesday. They were out of 1 item we needed but we are not desperate for it.

Everyone who has ever been to Wal Mart should kind of know what to expect. There are pretty good prices on most items in the store with a great selection. The abundance of self checkout lines is obviously a pain if you are buying very much. Don't expect real high quality on most goods, but if you are looking for cheap and serviceable, then WM may work for you.

The personal shoppers constantly block access to products on the isles just talking to each other. It makes shopping difficult. They also park their carts blocking sections so they can shop. I may only have a few minutes to shop, but they are there for a whole shift. They just need to be aware of their surroundings and responsibilities. It is a job, not a conversation station.

They could certainly hire some friendlier people for sure. The CSM’s up front by the self checkouts are rather rude. Not all of them but a few who look like they rather be doing something else besides their job. Asked for help and got totally ignored the other day. It makes for a bad feeling and as much as Kroger is more expensive I rather shop there because they have nice friendly employees

If there was another shopping place that had household item, clothes and food I would Never shop a Walmart. Lazy employees, no customer service, and now you have to check yourself, with cameras Everywhere, but they don't trust you. I might add that they don't pay me to work, nor do their prices reflect free customer workers. Same high prices as Everywhere, but you have to do the work, while their employees sit around on their cell phones, stand around gossiping, and yet they get paid, but us working customers dont!don't!! #Walmartyoufailyou customer!!

I work 8 to 14 hours a day. Then, more often than not I need to stop and get a couple things. I have to walk a quarter mile to get cheese and lunch meat to make lunch with. Then, look all over the store for store for other condiments that have been strategic ly placed to make us look through the store hoping to get us to pick up thinks we don't really need. Then we have to go wait in a long line to check out, or go through a self checkout where we have to do your employees' jobs because you refuse to hire enough checkers. I could put much much more done, but the bottom like is you have gotten away from good customer relations and helping customers get what they need to making money how you can get the consumer to spend more time looking around buying thing they don't really need. I hate shopping there. And I'm finding other places to shop. It's just more inconvenient because it's more stops.

Horrible service at checkout. No human cashier's for the most part. Then they want you to check yourself out, but I don't work for Walmart.....then they wanna stop you and waste your time checking your receipt.... It's as if Walmart thinks they are doing me a favor by letting me be there..... trillion dollar company with horrible customer service

Been doing grocery pickup for awhile now. It will spoil you! Pick your stuff online, turn it in and pick a time to go to the drive-thru. They load your groceries and you're good to go. Everyone doing this job has always been very aware of putting groceries away where things aren't damaged and are all sorted by categories, cold things together, canned goods, chips and breads, etc.
