We had a great date night. Everything was delicious. Wee both got a slab of ribs meal. Those rips were falling off the bone. We ordered strawberry margaritas and they didn't have any glasses but it did matter to us. Those drinks had us lit. Our server was great. Everything was great, and it wasn't crowded at all.

We came in, was seated, and placed my service dog under the table. Waited a bit for the waitress. Had to flag down someone for water, napkins and silverware. Then a lady came as we got our water and were asked to move to the far corner of the restraunt due to someone being allergic. The was no id's on the employees that we could see. I reminded her the Service dog rules: the person with the allergies needs to be moved. Well it turns out the waitress was highly allergic so we moved.. I expressed my concerns of being away from everyone in a corner. The staff still tried to put us in a corner. I refused and suggested a table on the otherside of the bar. The next thing we heard, sorry we are out of draft beer. Really on a Saturday at 5:50 pm. Everyone around the bar left at the same time. Then we heard the employees fussing about this should never happen. We had the bar tender ask us finally if anyone had helped us with our order. We said no one had. So far 20 minutes have gone by. The food took a while for wings. Sorry staff seamed very unorganized. The positive the wings were great.

The food was good. The boneless wings were overcooked, though. But my first drink, a margarita, tasted like straight salt. If you let it sit long enough, you could see the salt build up. I asked for it to be remade, and it was without hesitation. It tasted better, but not like I'd tasted before.

I think they were considering the fact I started that I do not drink. I was able to drink the entire cup, which I usually only take a dip or two because of the alcohol taste. Not made about it, but I want what I paid for.

If I could've given it 0 stars, I would have. We waited over 20 minutes after being seated before the waitress took our drink order and then another 10 minutes before only 3 of 6 people in our got their drinks. Only 1 was a drink from the bar, so it should not have taken that length of time. Then came the food. Once we got drinks, we ordered food, and one person in our party ordered an appetizer as her meal and specifically asked for it to be brought with the rest of the food. The waitress brought out appetizer plates and her appetizer a few minutes later, but nobody else had food yet. After about 15 minutes, the rest of the food came out but needed refills and condiments, but the waitress had not returned. We found her and asked for refills, ketchup, and A1/steak sauce. She said she was coming but didn't come back to our table for over 25 minutes. We saw her serving other tables during that time. After not receiving refills, no condiments, and our food had gotten cold waiting to eat, we walked out, leaving our food behind. After being at this place for over an hour and a half, we then had to find another place to eat at 10 pm. I warn you, don't go here if you want to eat warm food.

I love this place. The food is always on par and the employees are so friendly and ready to help address any concerns or problems you might have. I always get treated with respect and very rarely have any issues with the food. My mom loves their sirloin steak and it's always cooked to her liking.

UNLIMITED WINGS are the best part of this place. Service has a weird feel and the atmosphere is a little weird too. Kind of felt like the light above the table was going to drop from the ceiling and kill me

I ordered a steak medium. It came out well done and burnt. Server never came to check on the food. I choked it down anyways.
We ordered regular sides of Mac and cheese and got charged extra for some loaded Mac and cheese that tasted disgusting.
A complete waste of 70+ dollars.
I will not be back.

I doordash here sometime so I decided to come by since it's always empty. First time wasn't bad outside of the booth they sat me in, the seat cushion was completely off and slanted. Then they sat a basketball team of kids beside me that were very loud. Second visit was the experience I read all the reviews about. It took about ten minutes to be seated. Once I was seated Amber B. took my drink order and I never seen her at my table again. I seen her everywhere else just chilling but not at my table. I got my drink and was almost done with it before I had to catch the bartender coming by to order my food. Took about ten minutes to get my food just for my steak to be cooked wrong so I had to send it back. Which one again hadn't seen my waiter at my table. Had to eat my food without a drink because she never came and asked if I needed a refill. So I would not recommend anyone to come back here.
