Solid fried catfish place. Really loved the custom spicy tarter sauce. I got the try it all basket. No complaints about any of the standard items chicken, shrimp, or catfish. I got the rice and cole slaw as a side. I would recommend the cole slaw. The rice was not my favorite. I was able to try the fries and mac n cheese and found those to be good as well. Hush puppies were great too!

Seriously, eat this guys catfish!! But better yet, get the BIG WILLIE- 2lbs crawfish, 1lb crab legs, 1lb boiled shrimp with corn and taters- INCREDIBLE FLAVOR!!!! Great quality and there’s even outdoor seating. It’s a hokey location with little to look at but who cares, the food is all that matters with this place! And while you’re at it you gotta get the boudin balls- the breading is sensational and so is the flavor OMG. My friend got the catfish poboy which I’m not the biggest fan of poboys but it was delicious!! I don’t know if they can make a bad plate here. Also, check for crawfish specials in season, so far they are the most reasonably priced by the pound and for that I wish I could give them five more stars. ????

I only gave a four on atmosphere because it’s so hot and humid here everything else was fantastic!! Real southern fried foods, and Grace was a great waitress. Everybody seems so nice and friendly. It was our first stop from the airport and a great stop it was!
The hush puppies and garlic fries and shrimp okra all was perfect. Glad we came here first! Didn’t have Mac and cheese I bet it would have been great! #eatmycatfish

Ordered a Family Catfish meal with 2 sides and hushpuppies, fried green tomatoes, and half order of crab legs. Picked out up...... got home and they didn't give me my can legs. Went BACK to the restaurant and they didn't have it ready. Took it from someone else's order bag. No apology or anything! Does this look like $75 worth of food!???

OMG... Was great. The food was fresh. Could tell fresh oil was used. Hush puppies crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. Catfish melted in your mouth. The coleslaw and bake beans seasoned to taste. Very please with my expierence. Definitely a must!

Recently a few members of my family ate at Eat My Catfish. I had never been and was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t eat any catfish or chicken (family did and they said it was good!) but I enjoyed the hush puppies, tomatoes, and a few sides! One item was missing from our order and a girl named Kaleigh got it out really quickly. She also refilled our drinks for us more than once and had a very cheerful attitude! I would definitely return to this location again if we are in the Benton area!

We come here all the time and today it was very disappointing. First my boiled shrimp appetizer came out ice cold, it was so cold I had to think back if it was supposed to be like that or not????They redid it but brought back the same exact shrimp, just reheated, I know cause I pulled the tail off like 3 of them. Also the beer in the cooler was barley cold, then my minnow bucket came, also barely warm, and was caked in seasoning and I asked for mild. The corn and potatoes were inedible. I complained once, but if I have to complain about every single course I’m just not going to bother and just quit coming back.

Hats off to Gabe Frontera! The dining experience was wonderful - delicious food, friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We had a great time, and it's all thanks to him and his team. Looking forward to our next visit!????
