Fantastically amazing place! Wow such a great atmosphere and the employees are kind and attentive. Perfect 5 star service in a small town in Arkansas. They have a toy train that runs around the ceiling and an old historic bar that you can sit at and enjoy the food. This is a place where you will find plenty of locals which tells you how good the food is. If this were located in my town I would eat here several times a week. You can not go wrong stopping here to eat. Out of all the places around the world that I have stopped at, this one is one of the best.

Our first time for an excursion into downtown Benton. Came up on the Burger Shack, and we are so glad we did. The hamburgers were wonderful, the club sandwich may have been one of my best ever to have; the onion rings, fried okra, and French fries were all outstanding. The youngest daughter loved the patty melt, and I got to sample it. We also inhaled a strawberry milkshake. What an experience! Thanks, Burger Shack.

Such an amazing burger! Love the seasoned fries, their ranch is incredible, and they also have some lower carb options. Great service, friendly atmosphere, locally owned!

I’ll put it simply, this place is like crack. It feels like it’s open for 30 mins a day, and it is packed. Everything you could want out of a fix, I give it a A+. I find myself going through detox if I don’t go at least once a week. It’s getting to the point where I am carpet surfing to maintain my beef-high. If you see me out and I have the shakes, it’s because I haven’t had my burger shack.

Can’t say enough about our stop here. Just passing through the Benton area and decided to give this local place a try. Best decision we could have made. Food quality was excellent! Portions were generous, service was top notch. Family run place that really cares about their customers and the product. If you are in the area put this one on your list to visit. You won’t be disappointed!

Pretty busy at lunch. The burger was so good. Our server kept disappearing and then we'd get a new one so we had a hard time getting any refills or anything so that was a little annoying. I wasn't really a fan of the strawberry pie. I understood it to be like a normal just strawberry pie but it was more like a strawberry cheesecake and I'm not a fan of cheesecake otherwise it was probably good. everything else was great.

Took my family here to try something new because we aren't from the area... Waited an hour for service when we first walked in... after finally receiving our drinks, I accidentally knocked over my glass in the very beginning. No one came over to help and clean it which I wasnt too upset about that what I was dissatisfied with was my glass was never refilled even when she came with our food an hour later and noticed it was empty. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and I didn't mind the wait for it after I started eating...

Very busy little burger joint. If you plan on having a takeout order, try to call it in in advance or you will wait about 30 mins. The tamales are their best item! The burgers are decent but the whole menu is pricey for a burger joint like this. The fries were cold and unsalted, but everything else was delicious. Seating can be a little tight during lunch hours when it gets busy.
