I want to express my gratitude to this amazing team. My husband and I ordered trough the drive thru in the middle of really bad weather. The power went out so we had to wait for a moment and after a couple of minutes they kindly placed our order. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names, but whoever was working on Saturday June 10th 2023, 1:30 pm shift, did an amazing job. Our food was delicious and costumer service was excepcional.

Worst. Taco Bell. Ever. When I got here, I ordered and 20 minutes later I finally got my food. There were other people there waiting with me as well who had been there a bit before me. They claimed that they were out of chicken even though I didn't order anything with chicken in it. The drink machine was out of order, and so was the women's bathroom. The food tasted good overall, but when I finished and was ready to leave, I went to go get a refill for my drive. I had to stand at the counter for about 10 minutes while 3 different employees walked past me, glanced at me, and then walked on. Not a single person asked if I need anything. I eventually was able to get the attention of an employee who was disgruntled I was bothering her to get me refill. This is entirely unacceptable and completely ruined my experience there. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Terrible service. We waited for almost 30 minutes for 3 meals, the drink machine and the womens restroom was out of order. When we tried to get a refill the people at the counter left and went to the back and stood at a screen doing nothing. I had to speak up because they were just ignoring us and the lady who gave me my refill was rude and acted like I was burdening her by asking her to refill my drink rather than stand for 5 minutes doing nothing. They also were out of chicken and our soft drinks had little to no syrup at all.

Placed Mobile order paid for it, went on my lunch break pulled up to speaker and sat there said hello like 3 times no answer... finally pulled around to window and knocked on window I could see 2 ppl mopping in kitchen made eye contact with them, they disappeared and I sat there for 4 mins before the same guy I made eye contact with came to window and very rudely said we are doing a changeover on system and shut window before I could say anything. Knocked on window again he opened I said well I had a mobile order that is paid for he took my name and said there now it should be void and shut the window.

I eat there five or more times per week, but not after this time. I went through the drive thru and paid with a ten, the guy says I paid with a five. I know what I paid with, I know what I had. I will not be eating there ever again.

I really like coming here! It's got the usual theater food! The atmosphere is fairly great and quiet during the movies. The lavatories and the movie room are always clean. I love the wider seats and how comfortable they are. If I remember right they were climbed as well. Extra wide flooring so that you didn't have to suck in your legs either

Good food but I paid 8.79$ for 1 steak soft taco w/ rice and spicy ranch and I believe that's way to hi for the size of a reg.taco
