What can I say other than breakfast the food speaks for itself. It's absolutely horrible anymore and I cannot find a good McDonald's anymore, but the one in Bald knob Arkansas is absolutely the worst that I've ever experienced in the world consistently. So unless you're wanting breakfast I highly recommend you going somewhere else because McDonald's is definitely not got it together anymore. Widespread disarray

Went there yesterday afternoon ordered via kiosk ( no choice!) saw my order on display. Waited 20 minutes, nothing, with difficulty found an employee who said they have no record of my order and spent another 5 minutes waiting for an overcooked cheeseburger. Should have a 0 star category! Filthy floors and tables, a good argument for complete automation, as no one works here!

First McDonald's with a working ice cream machine in a long time!! The restaurant was clean. All of the employees seemed well organized. Good management! This was an newer and more contemporary McDonalds.

I can't eat at either McDonald's in my town because I don't want food poisoning. I got dinner at the one closest to my work. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal with no meat which I've gotten several times. I got no bread. This has also happened at multiple McDonald's at least 3 times. Also, the app crashes so much I have to delete it multiple times a week. Here's what I got:

Manager was rude and disrespectful stopped for breakfast at 10:00 waited patiently for someone to take our order then at 10:17 the manager yells out “NO MORE BREAKFAST!” I asked “Ma’am did you say no more breakfast?” She rudely replied “THATS WHAT I SAID!” I replied “We stopped for breakfast and we’ve been waiting for someone to take our order for 17 minutes.” “Well, I don’t know what to tell ya, we are backed up (in drive thru), sorry!” The tone and manner in which she talked (rude, disrespectful, unfriendly to be working with the public) brought the satan out in me. And I told her I know you’re sorry and I don’t know how you became a manager, you should not be working with the public.

Honestly the service you get here is disgusting. ???? I literally had an employee throw sauce at me through my car cause she thought I was being rude when all I did was ask for barbecue sauce after confirming the order she was handing me? Not to mention they told me at drive thru I had to wait 10 mins before my order could be taken. Not only that my fries were stale and old.

Unfortunately they don't have negative stars. The last 4 times I've ordered from here, the burgers are cold. The cheese isn't even melted. It's pitiful. No one has pride in their work
