Stood up front for a minute. No one around to say anything, except an employee sitting with his feet up at one of the tables right where we were. Didn’t say a peep. Must have been on break, or blind. Or both. Cook finally motioned for us to come down. No words. We sit down, hubby gets up and asks for a menu from the cook. Again, no words just hands them to him. Sat for another minute, and just left. No one else was around. I don’t expect a 5 star experience at the huddle house, but decent courtesy would be expected by any employee.

Just stopped by the Wetumpka location today. The food was great. My server Besty was super friendly. The cooks made my food perfectly. Excellent service today. Nick stopped by to checked on us today as well. Friendly guy and staff. We will be back.

This was my first time here, I am VERY picky about my food and the taste and how it’s prepared. Let me just say Perfect hash browns, perfectly cooked crispy bacon mmmm. The Staff was great and helpful, kind and kid friendly. Food was cooked just the way I requested and brought out hot and was very good. The cook came out and asked everyone how food was and checked in on guests. My daughter and I had a great experience here.

We love this place. We have our favorite waitress who takes good care of us. I can’t say enough positive. Her name is Jessica. She is so friendly and knows our special requests. This is such a pleasant experience and lots of options. Go there. You will be happy.

Our food was hot, fresh & delicious! Considering that the place was packed on a Saturday morning, the service was great and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean.

This is the best place in Wetumpka to come to for breakfast. The atmosphere was pleasant, the food was exactly how we ordered, our waitress was prompt, and everyone greeted us with a smile. I give them a 5 star rating!

We went to HH Wetumpka for breakfast on 8/13. We spoke to the manager to let him know of the great service JAYMEE gave us. She was pleasant, patient, attentive and very professional - even though they were extremely busy. The manager was very nice as well. We eat out often, the service at HHW is among the best and the food was really good. This was our first visit but we plan to go back again.

Service was very bad. Took a very long time to be seated. Not many customers, but there were 6-7 staff. After being seated. A waitress finally came to take our order. The food came fast. It was very good. Hats off to the cooks. Bettsie was our waitress. Really didn't know how to check us out after the manager called her by name at least 5 times.
