Great hot dogs. A very eclectic menu of hot dogs. Toppings that seem like they shouldn't be on hot dogs but surprise you and make amazing dogs. Make sure you have napkins. The toppings are plentiful! You order at the counter, and they serve you there. Seat yourself. A little difficult for a wheelchair.

Left me wanting more! My Wife had the Grumpy Dog and I had a Chicago Style dog. Delicious and I could have eaten 4 of those babies! Really cool place in a prime location.

Y'all, this is such a cute place. The girls working are so sweet and personable. We had The Grumpy, The Grouchy, and The Southern. These were the best hot dogs we've ever had. The chili, pimento cheese, and sour kraut were perfect. Adding the potato sticks to the chilli and pimento cheese is ingenious. A word of advice, these dogs are loaded with toppings. If you are traveling, sit in the dining room to eat. We will definitely be stopping again on our travels.

Everyone told me I had to go to Grumpy Dog while in Wetumpka. I’m not a big fan of hotdogs, but I ordered the Chicago dog and it was very good. So was the service and price. It was a beautiful day, so I sat on the patio looking out at downtown Wetumpka. If you’re in the area, don’t miss this local landmark and favorite.

First time eating at Grumpy’s. It was awesome! Wife and I got a
Cheesy chili dog. I had a side of coleslaw also. Chili dog was delicious and coleslaw was insanely great. I am a big Grumpy fan, for sure.

I was excited to try this place.. The hot dogs are basic, The chili is dry.. if you're going to have a cheesy dog you should use a cheese Sauce!! not cheap slice cheese. ????

Small place. Good food. Chicken in the salad sandwich was a bit tough. I can not eat beef due to allergies. All dogs are beef. Hubby and friends had dogs.
