Webb Town Hall

I have been living in Webb since 2012 and I have never had a bad experience until today. The young lady that is now working in the office was rude and hung up in my face, which I was very upset afterwards she called and asked when did I drop my payment in the box I told her this morning before they open , that's when she hung up the phone . I called her back she then stated that it was not in there I told her yes ma'am it was and for them to run their cameras back . I went in to the office she then begin to say that I was just in the parking lot a few mins ago ???????? I stated no ma'am I was not! I told her to give me my receipt which it had on it the correct amount and no disconnect fee or anything . I will be addressing this issue further because this was poor treatment and poor professionalism on the town of Webb .

Had a major water leak on the main pipe near the road super late on a freezing night in the winter and lost all water pressure. Called their emergency water hotline and their guys came right out and fixed it up immediately. Very much appreciated from our family!!!
