I don't usually review fast food places, but this experience was really one that I wouldn't wish on anyone else, so here we are. Let me start by saying that the man at the drive through window was amazing. That's the extent of our positive experience.
My daughter and I ordered burgers, with lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc, but we received two Friscos. A Frisco consists of two pieces of bread (not a bun), a hamburger patty, tomato and probably half a cup of mayonnaise. We thought maybe they had run out of buns and were trying to make the best of it, not yet knowing that we were given Friscos. My daughter started gagging at the insane amount of mayo and said that she couldn't eat it, so I called the store, where the person who answered looked up our receipt and told us what we had ordered and that's what we got, to which I replied that there was no lettuce, no special sauce, no pickle, it was not the #1 huge pretty burger that we'd ordered. She didn't attempt any measure of customer service skills when she irritatedly told me to come back to the store. When we got to the drive through, I realized that we were given friscos, and told her so and I think that she didn't believe us, because she informed me that I would have to pay again, to which I replied no, I'm not, we recieved the wrong order and I'm not paying for their mistake. She was super rude when she told me to pull around. She took our bag back, which was fine, but I didn't think that food given out to customers was allowed back in the kitchen. She must have been checking to see if my having called the store, then returning to it to try to get the order corrected was my way of getting something for nothing. I really think that that woman is in the wrong line of work.
