Annette is very helpful and nice, I would give her 5 stars. My rating is low because the water bill is so high for a small 'town' and you can't pay your bill online.

Absolutely garbage. I have had 2 water outages in 2 days. You cant call to find what's up because the number they have is wrong. I dont know who works here but for my experience, it's been dumb.
