I order DoorDash from here a lot. I used to enjoy it a lot, but in the last few weeks I’ve watched the quality go downhill. The chicken has gotten drier, I received burnt biscuits, and one day I got a pie with the ingredients inside so dried out it looked like it had been left on a counter for three days, which is highly concerning. The next time I ordered a pie, they sent me the wrong one! I don’t know what changed!

I love Jack's burgers, and my son loves their chicken fingers. But I almost dread going through the drive through because most of the time the person taking my order is just miserable sounding and rude.

The high chairs need a good scrub they are very sticky an look super dirty had to ask someone to clean them for me… but other then that the food is amazing an the staff is okay

Went for breakfast. I got the big breakfast w/no grits extra gravy. Biscuit was fresh. Eggs were perfect. Bacon was cooked to a crispy perfection ???? everything was yummy ????

3 times I've asked for extra sauce on my sandwich and three times I still get a dry hamburger, I'll be glad when Wendy's opens because I won't be going back to Jack's !!

Drive thru rarely reads your order back to you or gives any indication that they actually got all of your order. Without a screen it can be difficult to know they understood everything- and they rarely get it all right. Make sure you ask for a read-back.
