Store was well organized, staff was friendly. The manager on duty was kind of a little mouthy about the poor guy taking out the garbage he didn’t realize it was leaking. He went to get a mop and she was making such a big deal about it. I didn’t remove a star for this because her behavior doesn’t reflect the store and the company in this instance, but I urge her to have a little patience and understanding in a management role. Poor dude didn’t even know it was leaking and it embarrassed him.

Winn Dixie is not exactly known for its cleanliness but this store ranks up there with any Publix or other fancy grocery store in terms of being clean, well-lit and staffed by friendly folks.

There is a Public right down the road but I often find myself here instead when visiting town as the prices are great and the staff is friendly. Sometimes during the later hours, things aren't quite as great, thus the 4 star review instead of a 5 star review.

Also, sometimes on Friday nights they have the smoker going out front and music is playing and it's a party at the local WD and it doesn't get much better than that.

Winn Dixie off 69S in Tuscaloosa is well- stocked and clean. Parking is ample and feels safe. A good selection of groceries. I would like to see more fresh fruit and vegetable options. The staff is also nice and friendly.

This location is very clean, friendly, helpful,well stocked,more than groceries too flowers, jewelry, cookware, pharmacy,and it's in a great location as well I would recommend shopping here for everyone!!!

I would give 0 stars of possible. I received a $10 off a purchase of $50 in the mail. The store would not accept my coupon because I don't have a rewards card. I have signed up for the rewards card twice in the past, but it doesn't work. The manager offered to sign me up a third time. What's the point? There is obviously an error in the system if it requires multiple times to actually register. I wasted time, energy, and gas to get nothing from this store.

Update: they remodeled store, but quit carrying a lot of items and out of a lot of stuff but could've been due to some sales etc. But alot of grocery stores are struggling to stock up..

Use to love this grocery store. They are going down hill and hardly ever have anything much in stock any more. It's sad. Went there this evening to get groceries just makes feel some type of way that my grocery store going down like this.
